LAMO, I love how we are all vouching for Season 1! It's really was the best and an unbeatable season, ouu but I would say you would have to get past ep 4 and you will love it! OG cast were the best

This is season felt extremely rushed, it lacks the excitement and thrill I use to get when watching a surgery in season 1. This season they were trying to give everyone screen time, but they failed that when they reached ep 8.

Ummm I would say no, season 2 is a must as it's the foundation for season 3. Season 1 not soo much, but it's the best season out of the 3 and more will give you a better idea about the hospital and people in it

Wow, I don't actually remember the show in detail, probably because I skipped every second the couple appeared on the screen. The couple was exasperating to watch and listen to. However with the new season we were lucky enough to be blessed with none of of that gibberish and bull :-)
