It would be satisfying to see Shanggu defeat Wu Huan. She was always trying get rid of Houchi. But it would be sad for Shanggu, considering Wu Huan was the maid she hand-picked from the Phoenix Clan when they were in the God Realm.

Muguang has always had a soft spot for Wu Huan, from the very first moment of meeting her.

I remember reading earlier that during the interview Zhou Dongyu mentioned it was a happy ending for the drama. I am holding on to that hope for Tianqi and Yuemi. 🤞

I didn't watch Story of Yanxi Palace. I might watch it in the future, just to see her performance. 😂

But you have to admit the actress is amazing in this role. She makes me dislike her every time she comes on screen. 😂

I know right! This is probably the xianxia that has the most angst I've ever watched! The previews adds more angst, especially E48 & 49.

I was hoping to see what happens to Wu Huan, but they left us with a cliffhanger in E46 like that. UGHH!!! I guess we will have to deal with her for a few more episodes. 😂

It looks like a bit of her obnoxious princess character came back in E45 when talking to Shanggu. It was a bit satisfying to see Shanggu slapped Wu Huan though. 🤣🤣🤣

I love it so much that I edited the mp3 of this song to include the lyrics. I usually read the lyrics when I'm listening to the song on my iPhone. It gives the song so much more meaning.

Just like you, I loved "Chihiro" by A-Lin too. You can feel the emotions of the song, very soulful. For the most part, it comes in when there's some sort of separation. 😢

I didn't understand what was being said, but you can feel their emotions. 😭😭😭 Once again Xu Kai does an excellent job conveying those emotions with his eyes.

I am currently watching FIYS and I must say I really like it. It's cute and funny.

Does Wu Huan really think she can cultivate to the level power of a True God with that Sky Bow in E36? Is that even possible? I remembered she mentioned she cultivated to the highest level of a Goddess and was even thinking of killing Tianqi since he didn't have his True God's power back yet.

I just finished E36 today, I had similar thoughts as you but it was in regards to Tianqi. He kept trying to push his feelings towards Houchi, only for her to tell him that she is Houchi and NOT her (Shanggu). I kinda felt bad for him when he left after the wedding ceremony, after having watched Houchi getting married to Qingmu.
