I wouldn't call either of the male leads mean or toxic. One of them is a bit colder than the other but still kind and sweet.

It's very cute and sweet. If you like light and cheerful romcoms you might like this one ^_^

It wasn't explained yet but I think it has something to do with Kang Ji Hwan whose heart was transplanted to Prosecutor Ma and his birth year.

I like the way character of Ri Jeong Hyeok is portrayed in this drama so far (I'm on the 3rd episode). He is stoic, a man of few words without falling into a stereotype of a robotic and emotionless "cold male lead"^_^
