The novel focuses more on revenge than romance that's why the FL keeps her distance from falling in love too easily again after she was tormented, humiliated, betrayed & left for dead by Fu Xiuyi which is the reason we don't see much of those scenes yet, it takes her a lot of time to open up her heart to someone like Xie Jingxing when he first meets her as he becomes interested in her.

Unfortunately that's not up to us it's up to the production team we have no choice but to be patient all dramas have to go thru censorship for every episode in order to get approved for a distribution license that's mainly the laws/rules & regulations in China 🫤

They started filming in February which is approximately 5 months will wrap up around June while editing takes a year during post-production so we won't expect this until 2027
