Truly, I want to believe that Je yi had some reason to delete the video. As you said proving Ji hyuk as innocent can cause problems but she trapped him by saying Su Yeon had waken up made me lose hope..At the same time while she does the stitching on his abdomen, she look as if she trusts him, so why would she betray him?? Let's hope she doesn't betray him. But uk how dramas are, there might be some reason for her to trap him too! But as you can see in the preview, Ji Hyuk is no longer in the run, that means the truth has come out! But there is no solid interaction between Ji Hyuk and Je yi in the preview. So, we don't know if she betrayed him or not. What if all this was Ji Hyuk's plan? but idk if thats plausible..
