Agreed. Now that YM has left, I hope Reba follows suit. If she didn't establish her own independent drama underneath, I don't think she would have gotten to capitalise on her own stardom. Jaywalk has had a great roster by time and time again, they go for easy wins rather than invest win quality. It screams greed and honestly, I feel for these actors under these studios like Jaywalk. No long-term strategy and Reba its only big money star left, I can only imagine how taxing the next few years will be for her.
So it seems SS and CY don't have a love connection or is that something that comes later? I hope they don't because I really want the Princess to come into her own and live out her dreams as the head of the Shanxi tribe. She has so much potential and her domineering attitude is a result of being of a pampered Princess but at heart, she has the qualities of a great leader. She's just an unrefined jade at the moment, just needs to be smoothed out.

Absolutely, they rely on the star power of Reba to sell her the drama instead of a combination of great production, great script and great acting. But like you said, they get lazy and use Reba which is a disservice to Reba and fans! I hate that her management continue to have give favours to her seniors like LOA or take up subpar scripts for the sake of adding another drama to her belt. It makes no sense that she is this popular and this is what they want her to do. I thought after the TLB, her studio would pick decent scripts, but they continue to sabotage her.
