JL was a Mary Sue which is typical of the author's FL. JL came first in all of 5 examinations including horse riding and archery. In many ways, JL is my least favourite of the author's FL but they have fleshed her out better in the drama.

I like that it's catchy. The pop-esque to the track is very similar to C-pop tracks. It definitely could use a bit more bass but Reba sings in a very soft voice so maybe the mixing without the extra bass was intentional. I do agree that a DJ needs to run back a remix lol

I prefer in the novel depiction as all these skills were taught by her father and brother but I get why they would add this in because its only 40 episodes and its a slow burn.

A few years, when Starlet Heart (original Chinese version) was released, two teens girls unalived themselves in the hopes of rebirthing into a historical era. At the time, this drama was the big hit and many web novels themed around rebirth was all the rage.

I doubt she will hurt her. We've seen that she takes her role as a doctor seriously and any form of jealousy is momentary. I hope they stick to her novel portrayal. She was mysterious yet carefree.

She's really showing her experience. Despite her being a support character, her face still gives me FL vibes. Can't help it when im so used to seeing her in FL roles.

Right. They tried to make her ass like this fanciful character but its failing. If they had characterised her like the Grand Princess in JOL, it would've been better.
