This was a really good series and in my opinion very well executed. I have noticed in the comments section a lot of people who are having issues with the whole Akira/Kanada relationship. I can understand a lot of these opinions, I do have a few things that i think need to be said.
the show was very vague about when or how this started, we know that he had issues in middle school but it is not clear when they started the physical part of the relationship.
From what I understood he was already in High-school when he got the tutor.
Something else to consider is that there are many many physical relationships that start at a very early age. I myself was under the age of consent when i started relationships with other guys. the way that the Series handled it, i think was important to the structure of the story.
without this Subplot there wouldn't be that connection to the past and considering how he was feeling it is very likely that he would have even become suicidal(speaking from personal experiences). Anyway that is my opinion on this and I respect everyones opinion and the take they have on it.

no matter what everyone's opinion is, this to me is a very good LGBT series and I love that it stands out from the typical BL formula.

I absolutely loved this series. It was different from all the same old same old BL's out their. Honestly like all shows, yes there were things that could have been improved but overall it was really enjoyable. The cameos from my all time favourite BL (stay by my side) was so adorable too. Especially in the special (episode 10.5) seeing them again made me so happy.
It just proves that you can never go by the ratings and should always try it first ☺️.
