Loving the trailer, but do you think they are still gonna use Wang Churans voice or is it guarantee dubbed? It’s…
I understand you. Let's see. Wang Churan appeared at the dubbing studio a month ago, so I don't know why they didn't use her voice in the trailer. I hope they at least keep her real voice in the episodes..
I’m impatient😭 and really excited for the Overdo content. I’ve been counting down the days to June 24th every day, even though I have an important exam on June 25th.😝
is he basically confirmed for Ci Tang? i wish he would get more male centric roles post POJ. i read some of the…
Yeah, I read the novel, and I can already imagine that the antagonist and the female lead are going to dominate the story. I can see them being far more menacing, cunning, and expressive than the male lead.
As a Zhang Linghe fan, I don't see Citang offering anything particularly new for his acting skills, and I think it's likely to receive the common criticism that the female lead and the villain carried the drama while the male lead had a routine role. My only hope is that Zhang Linghe's studio allows him to explore and showcase new layers of his character. He is at his best when playing emotionally vulnerable characters, especially in dramas with a retro vibe. Frankly, I hated the Citang novel. The cunning and toxic minister role has already been done by Zhang Linghe in Story of Kunning Palace, and the overall essence of the character feels very similar. Even the eye-related illness aspect reminded me of Maiden Holmes. I hope his studio doesn't spoil his momentum by continuing to choose repetitive "red male lead" stories. I wish he would focus on more male-lead-centric roles from now on. Since the director seems very attached to casting him, we can probably assume that Zhang Linghe wasn't in a position to easily turn down this project.

Wanted to ask, does this incident cause Zhang Linghe to face backlash in Taiwan? I hope the Chinese government won't drag him into politics for its own agenda. I don't know why these sensitive topics keep getting linked to him. The success of POJ alone seems like a weak reason to keep bringing him into such discussions. Taiwan often invites him to visit, so it's all a bit scary. On one hand, I'm worried that some people (CCP)might use him as a scapegoat for political agendas.
They look so adorable in that one pic where they're together. 😍🥰
Thank you. I hope they keep the water prison scene from the chapter in the drama, and that they release a glimpse of it in a teaser. The iron chain shackles around Linghe… my imagination is running wild 😭 I really hope they keep it.
Hello, i was just curious what project Zhang linghe plans to work on after wrap up of " Road to the Glory"…
Citang and kill another me , citang starts in the q3 may be(rumoured) , kill another me scheduled to start the shooting in year 2027,his variety show called truth s4 continue to shoot in the month of May (rumors).. fl for citang is unknown, "kill another me" is originally no female lead character..
tbh that's because you don't understand how fandom works. if you understand data, you'd know Linghe's numbers…
Got it. The data shows he’s big now, but the hate he’s receiving and the level of scrutiny from antis, production houses, and news channels are really overwhelming. As a new ZLH fan, it feels like we need a strong heart to handle all these🥲..
Am I the only one who feels that POJ has been more of a curse than a blessing for Zhang Linghe? While the rest of the cast seems to be enjoying the success, the amount of hate he has received and is still receiving is unbearable. He’s even being dragged into China and Taiwan politics, which is honestly scary. I really hope he can get out of all this chaos and find peace and happiness.
