Up to ep 10, I am really enjoying this storyline. We can see the second CP developing, just hope they don’t betray the main leads. One can say the plot is not exactly new but somehow it’s so fun to see Sima Jiao and Ting Yan’s moments.

He was brought up to just take from He Yan as he was taught so and he probably know deep in him that he has no capability yet always being put in the position to be compared with powerful He Yan. So in his twisted mind, he thought by removing He Yan, he will have a chance to shine. It’s an excuse of not seeing his own flaws.
