Yes at ep 11, XQ confessed after being drunk, so SY next day gave her the ultimate terms, but he also see how indecisive XQ was and she was unable to give him an answer. So he left, not wanting to force her. They haven’t meet since or contact each other. But if you follow the event consequences brought them time and time together. They are status quo, just bump into each other and interact because of circumstances required, cordial and official but none will take further move. You see after that ep., XQ no longer pursue SY as how she initially was.

True, wish they can be best buds till the end. But the soon replacement guy is funny, works out well. Having two strong male casts, their fans may fight🤣.
