NGF has been bringing business into LingYuan sect, SUN’s mom is the sect leader. SYN’a mother wanted to form alliance with NGF, so initially was trying to betroth her to him. But she ran away. So both SYN and her brother have been trying in their own ways to defeat NGF so as to restore power back to LY sect. Which is not their mother’s idea. And the most recent ep., YN’s mom decided to send YN to partner and learn from NGF. YN is loyal and obedience so follow orders and became YX’s enemy. Anyway SYN is not her real name, she is actually from Kou’s family.
I also would not call it obsession. It was unfulfilled love because she was the only one who cared about him but…
So true, he doesn’t want to lose the only love he felt. When TTJ never experience love, he doesn’t know what it’s like, and when he had it, obviously he doesn’t want to let go of it.
Re-watching and some thoughts: TTJ is a “near perfect man”. If he is not born as a selected evil fetus with evil bone. TTJ is a pure and innocent child since young, he was smart, hardworking, fast learner and has a genuine personality. As he said to LSS when he became CJM, “he is who he is, even when he is TTJ…” Hence you will noticed his cultivation skills as CJM, improved so fast and his kind nature is well liked by his peers. What a charming man but he only will exist in story. 😍😅
