Have you seen the part where CF met SY’s mother? I like that scene very much, where CF was honest and open about his background. And SY’s mother upon hearing it also was very wise and gave a kind, supportive message to CF privately. I was thinking, SY has a set of great parents, and great values, so maybe SY can learn to embrace CF more.

Great comment! Whether it’s good or not, it depends a lot on subjective and personal opinion. Hence new viewers should not take the negative comments as one sided. Should really watch it and decide whether it stick for you. Being an international audience, it got me interested to finish it till the end. I still enjoyed a lot about it. So watched on.

I actually thought after GNT’s mom talk, he would be more open and honest about his feelings to CX, but he hasn’t take action yet….

Ep 19 & 20, what a cunning, cunning CX in matters of wooing GNT, bold and perseverance……hahahha.

Very powerful family background on both ends, bad idea if they have a family conflicts….hahahah.

Yeah, agreed. Draggy…and since it’s 39 ep., I felt this company politics ordeal may take a while.

Now latest ep is 18, they have yet start dating. But at least the ML and FL has worked out some initial misunderstanding and starting to warm up. But as total is 39 ep, it feels like a slow burn to their romance. Not sure about break up but definitely potential love triangle.

Finally get to finish the last two ep. Honestly I don’t know what to make out of it to the end. Had mix feelings.. To me, ending was kind of predictable, not much surprises. The last ep was exceptionally a drag for me. Making them go through the emo-ness which I didn’t feel it’s necessary. Thinking back, my disappointment probably was due to the initial good set up in the beginning of the story, then anticipating more twist but disappointed as imo, fall a short for me in the ending. However overall I do enjoy the mini mystery story, the two MLs chemistry, the refreshing clips in monster diary and some of the beautiful cinematography of certain scene. And I still wonder, Whats the kitty’s role?

Not yet. 2 more ep till end. And I am frustrated…hahaha.

From recent ep I realised that CX is not arrogant, she is confident and believe in her own ability, not afraid to face consequences and willing to take responsibility and accept her mistakes. Once she realised and aware of her own feelings, she is courageous to pursue her love whether is to be flight captain or her love for GNT .
GNT is still fearful, but CX is giving him space to realise, CX has very high EQ!

I know what you mean. The characters were initially well set up, brought about anticipation, so was the story. Then they became quite inconsistent and sometimes even blatantly silly especially SY. And in certain point the editing is messy. A few more ep., will press on till the end but hopefully I won’t be very disappointed.

Oh I do hope it is a happy ending.

No, or at least I don’t think that will be the direction so far but there is a death and life decision and crisis.

Watched till ep 34, half way and felt like dropping it…first the Mr Jin and his young boss’s motives are so unrealistic, the method they used just feels so childish. Then Gu Nan’s behaviour, HCF is already wary of him and yet, GN gets to do certain acts against and again, GN’s script is also repetitively on guilt trip about teaching HCF’s skill…. sigh…just felt frustrating to continue to watch. Somehow the editing or the writing…2 more ep to end and I feel I won’t be getting a satisfactory ending.
