this is officially my comfort drama now bcz how am i rewatching without getting bored

rewatching cuz i miss them so much,
but everytime takeru satoh appears on, i pause and scream bcz hes SO fine

an incurable case of love! takeru satoh is amazing in it, its how i first found him, if ur used to kdramas, the overly bubbly kawaii fmc might irritate you but trust me it gets better and its worth it
mr hiragis classroom is also great in you want a thrilling drama that keeps you on the edge of your seat (no romance)

basically, this is amazing.

in the webtoon reina kills tomoya's mother, in a VERY brutal way and she goes to prison for it, for i think thats what happens? but anyways, its amazing how in this they gave misa and reina a chance to talk their hearts out, they didn't forgive each other, they jst ended on a good note so reina could rest easy and misa could move on with no regrets, it was beautiful.

WOW the last episode was amazing, WHAT are ppl on aboutttt this remake is a masterpiece!!
let me start off with everything i loved about it, i haven't watched the kr ver but i have read the webtoon so this will be a lil comparison to it.
-the FL, they did an amazing job picking her out, fuka koshiba DELIVEREDDD, i loved how the first few episodes were her getting herself back, enjoyable what she couldn't in her first life, before getting her revenge

-the ML, they gave him an actual personality in this remake, in the webtoon his character was flat, he only showed up when the fl needed his help and jst to be an eye candy, here? thanks to takeru Satao not only was his character a treat to see but also genuinely enjoyable,he had his passions, hobbies and a sense of humour, i loved it.

-reina, the actress played her perfectly HELLO?!, she didn't annoy me one bit bcz she played her character so well, not as a green tea bitch but as genuinely mentally troubled character, they gave actual REASON (not justification) for her behaviors

-tomoya, again, they didn't make him one dimensional, his character was more than an annoying ex.

-the revenge was carried out perfectly, not overbearing or too in your face, it was simple and felt natural and oh so satisfying.

-the ending, i was getting skeptical when it wasn't going the way it ended in the webtoon, not to
realize they made it 100 times better,

ahhh it was AWESOMEEEE, i swear they did an amazing job picking out an actress who can rock every hairstyle and makeup, even the outfit too! it was jst so satisfactory, i love how their balancing the revenge and the story

haha the hairdresser understood the assignment!!, he made her look intimidating AND hot

uhg the cinematography here is jst insane, all warm and cozy the classic vibe all jdramas offer
but the scene in ep 6
when it switches to reina and misa shown on the stage like they're doing a play and suzuki is the audience watching,
masterpieceeee

someone keeps changing her age like its a game 😭, its pretty obvious shes a 2000s

also i've replayed his double take at misa's new look about a million times now, its comical in the best way possible, takeru i love you <3

uhg the entire meeting his parents scene was the BEST
she ate, licked the plate CLEANN, no crumbs.
it was soo satisfying jst like when i first read the webtoon, even better i fear
