This drama was doomed long before ZZH's blacklisting. He was just the cherry on top... even if he hadn't gotten blacklisted, there were many other problems due to which drama would probably never air.
I can see a bunch of other people commenting and putting the blame on the actor, which is not correct. You really should not be making statements like that without verifying your facts first. A quick 5 min web search would show you that the actor is not the root cause of the issue.
