It's more an 8 but because I liked the characters (almost all) I'll give 8.5. It's not the best drama but you know what kind of story you get with it so I'll surpass it. The leads chemistry is top, also between second characters. I cried a few times but I mostly laughed because it's funny and light and they seems to have a normal relationship, with kiss and hug and he's a poet lol
I'm happy to see 9.0 ... I know ratings aren't that important if you like a show but this show deserves to be in the top, it's one of those shows that you'll remember, with a place in your heart! I think I watched it in 2017 and never rewatched but I remember it so well, my heart feels the same as back then. I will rewatch it and not only the clips lol I wish to have more drama like this
Watch it if you are not the type to be bothered by somewhat sad ending...

Why I didn't know it exist? I really like the cast but I don't have high expectations about the drama and the themes are difficult for me ( what I fear the most is being cheated or betrayed). I think I'll watch it one day, others opinions ?
I have to watch it again, it was my first historical kdrama and even if I had problems with the adult version of the FL I keep it in my heart as I remember a great story, a beautiful drama. The first 6 episodes are really good, I was totally in love ( I can remember even after all this time). I absolutely loved che young cast, they did such a great work and the story was touching and interesting. I wish to see more kdrama like this one or Dong Yi <3

I saw a short clip with him and a concubine but I didn't understand :)
