JQ is so delusional 😂 He created this whole image of LX in his head and has been seeing her through that version this entire time. But now that he’s actually paying closer attention to her actions, he’s starting to wonder who she really is and what kind of person she actually is. He hasn’t understood her at all.

And now slowly he’s going to discover the real LX, She’s going to teach him how to do things her way, one lesson at a time and somehow turn this man into a better person in the process.😭😂

The more I see LX, the more I feel like her personality is a great combination of everyone who shaped her. Her grandfather gave her the knowledge, intelligence, principles and that ability to think things through. Her grandmother gave her that strong backbone and dignity. Her mother gave her compassion, kindness and ability to see people beyond their status. And the Xu family gave her humility and a much more grounded understanding of ordinary life.

And then her own experiences gave her something more important, resilience, survival instincts and adaptability. She took all these different qualities, combined them with everything she experienced, and created a personality that is completely unique to her.

She has her grandfather’s mind, her grandmother’s backbone, her mother’s heart, the Xu family’s grounded humanity, and the resilience she built through her own experiences. ❤️

Looks like we’re all going to turn into puddles watching their after marriage life 😂 guys, better tighten your reins and brace yourselves because I don’t think any of us are ready to handle all that easily... 😂😂

And why the JQ did that As viewers we know her true identity, but JQ doesn’t. He just sees her as this wild flower and doesn’t want to wither away her shine and needs her light and shine in his own life too.

OMG 25!!! What an episode 😭😭 First of all, the acting was SOOOO good, damn!! The paper burning scene was exceptionally well done, it was absolutely heart wrenching to see two souls with the same fate finally consoling each other through that shared understanding. 😭💔

And Han Scholar gifting the bethrothal gift… THAT WAS TOO MUCH 😭 I was so anxious watching that scene, I was genuinely scared the match would happen before the decree arrived! 😭

And the faces of the Lin family… my GOD. The acting!! Mama Bear especially!! 😭👏 I literally just sat there staring at my screen for a few moments after the episode ended, trying to process what just happened. 😂😭

And a little special praise for Furong too! 🥹❤️ She’s such a precious friend.

The storytelling in this drama is just mesmerizing. I honestly can't praise this drama enough. Every episode keeps getting better and better. 😭❤️

Is it only me, my mind immediately flew to The Apothecary Diaries with brothel. I’m getting major deja vu vibes 🤭

His every carefully made plan gets debunked by this girl 😂 In any other drama, this would’ve been the classic “saved by the man” moment and she’d be all thankful by now, but here even when he saves the day, she doesn’t even know what happened 😭😂 She’s out here saving herself, doesn’t even remember her own orchid talk, while he doesn’t even get any appreciation for the one thing he actually did..🤣 And honestly, it was truly hurtful seeing them both singing side by side when he had been so worried and rushing back just to see her 😭

OMG that Episode 27 preview!! 😲😭 They’re really torturing us with these previews.. Can the day just come already.. At this point, just give us 4 episodes tomorrow because I seriously can’t wait 😭😭

I don’t think the Marquis is the target. I think it might be the Crown Prince, since he was invited at the end of the episode.

These episodes are way too short, and waiting for the next one is pure torture 😩 Even watching the previews doesn't help... it literally just makes the wait ten times more unbearable. I need the next episode right now..😕😕
