In episode 7,yes he was really drunk. In episode 10 also he was drunk. In epi 12,no it was not the same night. He brought her back to their tent in the morning & he lifts her up to the bed, so they did it again when she was awake & sober. This is why it irked me when Muey guilt tripped him for getting her drunk to sleep with her. I mean yes even I can't forgive his act of getting her drunk for consummating their marriage just to nullify their divorce but what annoyed me more was Muey didn't question him after that & infact had few more sessions with him when she was sober and in her sense.
