I don't think they even talked ever coz after her mother's death YeLi's stepmom slandered her very bad but YeLi didn't care and Jingli thought she was really useless and then her sis started affair with him. In future JingLi got obsessed with YeLi saying she knowingly lied to her about being dumb. And YeLi never got out of her home so talking and being friends with JingLi is not possible.

Why tho because i think the mask was imp. and should have been included coz it added a layer to the character of MXY to make it show how down he was in a life at one point. And yet he wasn't afraid to show his disfigured face to YeLi and when Yeli touched and kissed his scar how shocked he was that also showed how much yeli loved him. She didn't cared about things like this which normally girls did and they could have added from Phoenix grass somehow his scar gone too which did kinda fade away when yeli started treating it. + he maybe would have looked hot in a mask.

I was so excited about it coz i don't find CL handsome. I didn't find him good looking in any of reuters so Mo Jingli being so handsome is like 1st guy I've seen handsome in MoLi yet.
