I was Willing to try this, even though it's an older drama and has no reviews. But the subbing is so bad, it made me give up after a few minutes.

I agree with you that the break up made sense logically. But I also think there was something off about how the writers handled it, so I don't blame the viewers who felt betrayed.
There wasn't enough effort done to show her internal struggle, her thought processing or her mindset. It was a romantic outing and then BAM she's calling him naive and walking off.
So it wasn't a plot hole,no, but IT WAS some very dodgy script writing.

The timing is off, at a later point they say it's been 3 years since something happened that was BEFORE they got together... I think censorship editing made a mess of the time line.

Give me something already! There are no photos, no PR. Why remake such a hit in the first place, if you're not going to make the most of it? Why cast Jin Shi Jia if you're not going to make the most of it?

I liked the first episode, but the lawyer/architect combo is beyond me.

So I'd think they are a couple in some romantic trouble. Maybe about to separate. But if the main focus of the poster is two young, good looking people, it's usually implied that there's something there.

I've had enough with people deliberately trying to lower the ratings! I don't get why there aren't any safeguards against it. MDL should have an algorithm that recognises when a suspiciously high number of people suddenly give a drama lower than average ratings.

I'm begging MDL to change that horizontal poster! I don't know how it even got approved, since my (limited) understanding is that they are only allowed for Japanese dramas.

I wonder where this was filmed. It looks like a crazy architect tried to recreate the Mediterranean in Japan.

I agree it exists everywhere, but in China it seems to be getting worse. It's more and more frequent and more vicious.

I think all this nonsense is being fueled by the government. If the public is busy with stupid things, they won't have time for anything serious like human rights. It certainly explains how all these fixated fans exist only in China: they can't argue over politics, so they argue about idols.
