I hear you, and you're right. He brings something special to any project he touches. He has incredible screen presence regardless of the genre.

Of course he is doing a great job. he is a brilliant actor with an incredible range and charisma. I’m saying he deserves better projects. He is like a big fish in a small pond here.

Nothing against romcoms, but feels like such a mismatch for Lee Jae Wook's talent, many romcom viewers just want to see "pretty baby faces" rather than a handsome charismatic lead with serious acting chops, like him. AOS, Deaths game and Kill Boksoon proved what he is capable of. He needs genres and scripts that matches his caliber.

Both main actors are very talented. Hopefully the writing and directing match.
