52 year old man tries to find love and be in a relationship. BuRn HiM! Omg. How is this a controversy? The only reason I would tell this poor man he shouldn't "resume public appearances" is to avoid listening to rude comments and questions like this. Let the man live. Let them all live and love like everyone else. They're human beings.
These comments are too much. Lol. This is a fun, lighthearted romance comedy. It's got tropes, it's got a story about people being like, people who've had relationships before, and crappy experiences, and if you finish it, everyone grows, learns, and things get resolved in a satisfying way. No need to over analyze this lighthearted show. It's fun. It should make you happy if you're willing to be happy.
The leads were good together. I rewatched more little moments together than I have any other drama. Just enjoy the show everyone. It's not the deep.
I'll preface by saying I haven't read the webtoons. Season 1 was so well acted. This one is as well. My one gripe (I've finished episode 4) is the absurdity of a high school kid, Na Baek Jin, running some scary little high school bully empire while he sits at his desk looking like a kid playing pretend, all the while doing his math homework. Lol. It's really taking me out of it.
literally 😠do they its okay to act cute at pushing 40 just bcuz they’re korean ??
We're not allowed to be cute in our late 20s? And definitely not after 30? What a boring, no fun life that sounds like. Whether it's Koreans or anyone.
a complete disappointment. The only good thing is the acting. When will South Korea stop portraying people almost…
They were kids together. It established the childhood friendship really well. Lots of people act silly and "childish" their whole lives, especially with close friends and siblings. It's totally okay.
Like why does he even like her?'The Heart Wants What It Wants'
Lol. I just finished it and I love it. It's got so much going on. It's kinda "real life" in the little complexities of everyone's relationships. I struggled with FL until the end, when I realized I didn't like her for the reasons his sister pointed out, she was such a taker. She turned herself around and it was good to see that. One of my favorites now because it's not your typical romcom.
I'm only on episode 1 but the FL seems very unlikeable and not a good visual match with Rowoon. I know that sounds bad, but it's hard to ship them when she's not even nice. Like why does he even like her?
I'm on episode 4. This show is so far ridiculous. I have avoided spoilers but if it doesn't improve, I can't imagine why it was so popular. The story is loose, no building of ML character, parts get dropped like it wasn't just a big part of the story minutes ago. it's just a romance buried under bs at this point.
I'm enjoying this despite a few things, but I'm gonna have trouble getting over this bump in episode 14. Omg. Edit: Nope! I take that back. I don't know what is wrong with everyone but this one is great. I was grinning like a dork so often! The end makes it all great. I love this.
