Decided to rewatch this while I wait for the first frost and I can't help but think that 14 year old Sang Zhi…
She could have 9 years old, or 6, when they first met, wouldnt make a difference. Kid looked at him with admiration, wanted to have a brother like him.
You and others have said the same thing, and that is okay as that is your perception of their relationship when…
Coz no brother wants his sister having a relation with his friend. The age of consent is about rape accusations, law punishes sexual relations with minors (under 18 years old in China) anyway. Someone who has relations with a minor over 14 is punished only for this, if minor is under 14, they also punished for rape, even it was consensual 14 is considered there the age of puberty, the age women can procreate Not sure why you insist this drama has grooming and pedo vibes. It doesnt. There is no shady moment in drama. Told you some time ago, if you still continue to think this way, he kept it in her pants till she became major. Also, coz he didnt give her any clue about what you think he feels, makes him a green flag all the way. This is my last post, I really dislike any convo. about this matter
I have read somewhere that this is a trilogy the first 2 novel adaptation are out..I guess when the third comes…
there are many spin off for diff dramas. I dont recall to see something like this before. If this will happen twice for HL, will be really something :)
The way HL entered again top 10 yunhe, among currently airing dramas, 2 years after it was first aired, it's simply amazing and unique Hidden Love is now #1 on Youku’s All-Time TOP300 Drama Ranking with a heat index of 6055!
yeah all her fits were hers, she just brought her own wardrobe
actually she brought all the brands she endorsed to support/provide outfits and accessories for the entire cast. CZY, Victor Ma thanked her in their livestream, also the actress who played SZ's college (dorm room) posted about the outfits she wore in HL were provided with ZLS help
You and others have said the same thing, and that is okay as that is your perception of their relationship when…
It's hidden coz she kept it secret, never hoped he will love her EVER. It's about her feelings, her story seen by her perspective. The entire drama/novel is told by herself, she's the story teller. She never received a single sign he has a romantic/love interest till she's 19, so she didnt hope Not to say it's a chinese novel, a chinese drama. In that country no prod team would ever dare to go against laws or gov coz they would be banned for life. They censor everything, do you think all ppl in that jury are silly, they couldnt see between lines what you think you saw? that's their job, to cut problems. But they approved it coz there wasnt anything wrong.
We talked so much about it in 2023...you forgot. just stop overthink
Hi. I'm so confused about the ending. Did I miss something? Did he die and then she traveled? Did they travel…
ML've been dying beginning with ep 3, when he cough blood the first time. There was a witch who had the cure, but he was murdered in the middle of the series. There was no other person able to heal him. So he spent the rest of his life fulfilling his revenge, then being happy with SMZ, the woman he loved. Their love story is maybe short, but intense. He obviously died, but didnt want to let the woman he loved seeing his last moments, so she will live the rest of her life without be hunted by those moments 40 (years) is a metaphor, used to describe a long process which ends with a fulfillment of a trial (used in many cultures) Imo, they both closed their arc fulfilling their aims: after his death she did what she always wanted to do (had her own caravan, continued his business, chose his routes, while she perfected their both families tradition-jewelry manufactory). He fulfilled his revenge and happily lived together with the woman she loved, having quality moments together This wasnt a fairy tale, him finding a cure just like that, like a miracle, in the last moment, wouldnt be realistic and I'm not sure if I would like such an ending. This was an ending I expected. Of course, it would be great to see him healing, having a long happy life, a family, children, but usually life isnt always pink :)
