As I read some of the conditions in the agreement, they don't seem unreasonable to me. Yes, he's trying to protect his assets but also protect her, too. Especially in a place where the wife or children usually take on the husband's debts.
I don't know how they are going to compromise. Bing Bing is really in love with him and is being impulsive because she's hurt but when she clears her head and see things in a different perspective, she'll come around.
Liu Jun also has to understand that she's not mad just for the piece of paper. It shows that there's no trust between them and he doesn't love her enough.

I think she won't be bad... synopsis mentions characters wanting to break free from set up. She could be one of them. She even tells her mom that she will never get married. I think she'll have Riley Wang as her love interest. That's my take on it 🤞🏽
I think that the brother is not as clueless as he shows to be. He could have caused the rift between Nan Heng and Gui Hong. His family side or he himself could have caused the empress's death (although I suspect the emperor more. He could've been afraid of the power the ML's family had). It's always those characters.
I hope the FL starts seeing things from a new perspective soon. I understand her... she can be blinded by the script/plot but her warriness is justifiable... he low-key tried to kill her multiple times. Not only would I hate his guts. I would surely murder him myself.
