I can't believe this drama was made from 2011 and not very popular. This one is totally under-rated. This must be one of the best Chinese Drama I've ever seen.

The storyline and all characters are really outstanding as their personality, their thinking, their action really captivate me, really impressive. I keep wondering what will happen next, how will they solve that riddle? This is some rare drama when we see the characters actually take their actions boldly, they do what they want to do (of course sometimes they do depend on others's will), not just sitting around making us suffer watching them just ponder upon everything for like.. idk half an episode like other dramas normally do.

I love the main character Liu Liu. She is not perfect, she is not the goody-two-shoe type, but she's also not too obnoxious or too cruel. She has her soft side and her dark side, just her smile makes us all have to love her. If you are tired of the "pure, innocent being bullied" type of female lead, then you definitely have to watch and enjoy this drama.

The love story of the old and the young are also very romantic, sad but beautiful. Of course the drama may become too long, too exhausting at some point, but you are bound to love the characters, trust me.

The music, well, not that good, but I still gave it an 8, while all others aspects I must give a 10. Well not the rewatch value of course, since I only rewatch the romantic scenes of the main couple, trust me, 66 and 77 are the cutest and best couple ever. The chemistry between them was so real that I am surprised that there are no scandals in real life between them :p Maybe because this drama was under-rated and haven't received much attention. What a shame ! :(

Well after "The Heir" syndrome I was really disappointed in Park Shyn Hye and K-dramas overall so I hesitated a lot when starting with "Pinocchio". However, right now I can say that my faith for K-dramas and the lovely Miss Shyn Hye has strengthened than ever before.

Such amazing plot ! The storyline just keeps getting better and better. The first episode might be intense and a little bit lengthy but please be patient because everything is not what it seems. There are cases so sensitive and acquires profound thoughts that I admire K-drama's boldness to disclose such matters. After all episodes, the message is clearly delivered: "There is nothing as precious as the truth". Ignorance is never a good thing. Each and everyone of us should always protect justice no matter what the "dark side" has to offer. What a powerful and meaningful message!

Aside from the awesome story, the cast is incredible. There is no character that I am able to hate. The main leads were portrayed perfectly by Jong Suk and Shyn Hye. Sure she cries a lot but we can relate to her misery and her kindness. Their chemistry was off the roof ! The 'third wheel' Bum Jo here is so adorable that I really hope this actor can get more attention and be recognized soon. Yoon Yoo Rae is definitely the cutest character in the drama hope they make a sequel for us to see her relationship with *no way I won't spoil the fun*. However, I was touched the most by the Choi family, grandpa makes me laugh and cry everytime. Romance sure is sweet but family bonding is what I treasure the most when I was enjoying the drama.

There are many reviews about this well-known drama but I sure hope whoever reads this could try giving the drama a chance and be moved by it (just like me :p). Thrilling scenes, hidden mystery, political matters, passion, youth, friendship, love, family, all are in perfect harmony here. However, I don't really want to rewatch this as I want to keep these feelings and lessons that a K-drama could teach me. Hope you guys get on this wonderful ride of Pinocchio !

*P.s: OSTs are wonderful. Not too impressive, but relatable esp while watching the drama. Enjoy it !

Well I gave it 10/10 for overall because it's one of the best palace-related Chinese movie I have ever seen. If we are talking about romance movies for teen of course.

Excluded the false historical facts and some annoyingly illogical details, this drama was worth the praise. Every characters defined themselves clearly and made great impression. The ups and downs of the story kept making us curious, what will happen next, how will it end.

Of course the best thing about this drama is not the fight between the prince. It's the romantic factor that made us love this drama. The chemistry between two main characters is undeniable, they are made for each other in this drama. All the romantic scenes are so beautiful that you will wish you can become her ( the main character )

I would definitely rewatch this, as the whole movie from start-to-end satisfied me.

Well I won't write much about this since it's a fast-food type of romance comedy movie. The drama was somehow not dramatic, since we all know what will happen next. The storyline is kind of messy, as you don't understand what message they are trying to send??

The romance part is still the best part. Because two main actors are lovers in real life, their acting of course is so real and romantic, make you just want to watch them all day long. However, the most impressive characters must be the kidnap-gang, not the main I'm afraid. They are the real heroes as they constantly make us laugh and totally save this movie.

The music is catchy, but I don't really feel impressed. I'm pretty sure I will only rewatch the romance scene in this movie. Overall I give it an 8, dedicated to the hilarious kidnap-gang.

Here I am because 35sai no koukousei is simply brilliant!

The title might deceive you at the first glance but this is definitely NOT a chilling rom-com. It portrays very well the ijime (bullying) problems in Japanese high school and their severe consequences, which although sometimes may be exaggerated acting wise. "The 35 year old Baba Ayako became a high schooler in a bottom-ranked school again and began her journey of healing her classmates' silent wounds" is a very typical Japanese school melodrama plot. The school caste, which I found very annoyingly stupid tbh actually does exist everywhere not just Japan in real life, and people tacitly approve it. At least I am so glad that the 35 year old Baba-chan came into the picture and managed to abolish it!

The more I watch each student's dilemma, the more I see myself in them. Your problems may be easily ignored as you are "making mountains out of molehills". It is just that rather than courtesy and kindness, people tend to first care for only themselves, thus deny others fearing their positions might be overthrown. Does not matter if you are a 1st ranked authority, 2nd ranked namby-pamby or a last ranked nobody, everyone has their own dilemmas and is bound to get hurt when feeling lonely. This drama message is very heart-warming. It is always better to put yourself in someone else's shoes and embrace our society with kindness. Your benignity will somehow definitely be returned!

I cried like a baby during the final scene. All hail to Ryoko's acting as she rocks her highschool uniform and her role! She is perfect for Baba-chan acting wise. Some stories may be more boring and draggy than the others, but the casts were able to pull the drama off by amazingly convincing acting! However, I do love the not so popular casts than Junpei or Kentou, as their characters' development is pretty weak to me.

Final word is if you want something worth your time, watch it! The ending is also a bit draggy and they keep using the same background music all the time lol, but bear with it, this drama is a gem! *wink wink*
