There is something kinda intriguing about this drama but at the same time I don't feel the romance and I feel like skipping a lot of the main couple's scenes. I feel like it would be smart for me to drop this but I kinda want to see how this ends.
I need this drama to end for my mental health. God damit I've been crying every single week since this started. I need Eun Seong to die. Nothing else is enough at this point.
Before I start watching this drama, I want to ask something... Am I the only one who starts watching the drama…
You aren't the only one. The increasing amount of kdramas coming out each year just means that there are bound to be dramas that are written slobbily. I would recommend watching older dramas when you can't find a good airing one but I'm not sure how many older dramas you've seen. I personally like to watch most dramas when they're airing so my tip is to go with your gut feeling. Drop the drama if watching it becomes a chore. The problem with airing dramas is that you never know how the overall drama is gonna turn out and you can't really make judgments based on the comment section. It's best if you know what you like and what you don't like so it's easier to not even start dramas with trobes that definitely aren't for you.
I feel bad for the actors. All that effort for the editor to completely ruin the NC scene. It's obvious that they were doing great and their chemistry was off the roof but they edited it like those shows when they have actors who can't fucking kiss each other so they need to add all the flashback scenes in the middle for any emotions. This show though? Just completely fucked up in the editor department. NC scene would have been one of the best in any Taiwanese bl, but they decided to edit it to hell, and now it looks ridiculous. The morning after back hug and kisses were MORE emotional than the actual bed scene because the editor let the actors do their thing. Disappointing, considering how much potential these two truly had together. Overall 10/10 for the main actors. -15/10 for the editor. The script wasn't perfect either. The balance is a little off. They really should have given the main couple's dating era more screen time. San Pang and Lili got too much time in the last episodes considering that they barely gave any story for them. Make me as a viewer care about them more as a couple if you're gonna give precious screen time to them. I did not truly care about them together bc we barely saw them together. Of course I'm gonna care more about the main couple when the whole show follows THEM and shows things happening to them. I get that they are all a big family but this show did not have enough screen time for all that.
14 episodes in and I'm insanely bored. So so so bored. Nothing is happening and they keep talking about boring stuff. The characters aren't even interesting. Dropping this now.
The visual storytelling is a bit confusing since the present and future scenes look the same and it's sometimes hard to tell apart. Plot seems okay but not very compelling so far. I'm hoping for some good angst.
Coming here to comment again but I gotta say that the first episode was very well written. I just feel like as a fan, most of her reactions made so much sense. Seonjae means a lot to her as he was the one who saved her life but it doesn't erase HER life. She goes back in time and she also thinks about herself and her own life and family. I'm just really happy with how this was written and they did not make her into an obsessed stalker kinda fan like some dramas do. As a fellow fangirl, I relate a lot. I've never seen my boys (bts) in a concert but I still love them a lot and have been happy just watching online concerts. But I love how this drama portrays fangirling. It's not that she doesn't have people around her or that she doesn't have a job. Her idol is just a person who brings her joy. However, lol, I would dedicate my entire day to a concert if I got to see my boys for the first time. Mistakes happen but I would have been crying if I lost my concert ticket :'D
Yes yes yes and fucking yes! The first episode was great. Like actually great. I cried and laughed so I feel like…
It's pretty likely that he didn't kill himself. He was standing alive on the balgony and the doorbell rang. He probably let someone inside and that person killed him.

Kim Bum was the only reason I didn't skip most of the last episode. Like he is just that charismatic. The main couple on the other hand could have broken up for good and I wouldn't have cared a bit. I'm sorry but there just wasn't any chemistry, at all.
And this is why I always wait for romance dramas to be completed, do my homework and investigate about things…
I like to watch dramas when they're airing bc the experience is very different and I actually get time to think about stuff that happens. Good for you if you want to wait and see everyone's opinion but I actually like to make my own judgement. Moreover I did find this premise interesting which is why I started watching in the beginning.
Ep 11 was very dissapointing and so boring that I had to skip scenes. The plot is a mess. None of the character motives make any sense and the drama obviously doesn't care either. Like Dohan insists that he is not running way.. but he is running away to the airport immediately after coming out at a press conference aka Jihan's bs lie was absolutely useless? He literally had to make a grand gesture to save the girl just bc he is the ML but actually it would make no sense if Dohan didn't get to be himself in public so this whole thing was useless. Absolute mess of a script for them to think that Jihan running away to the countryside was a good last conflict. It wasn't. What exactly are the writers doing here bc this is just making me mad. They better actually explain why Dohan left because it makes no sense unless he had a genuine partner in the States (which would be stupid because they haven't shown him being concerned over a partner or texting anyone other than his ex who is in Korea).
I never understood why some readers likes when the female/male lead gets together with someone who bullied them/made…
Yeah it's quite concerning how popular those tropes are. I'm still pleasently surprised that more and more people will call out dramas for their lack of consent these days. Can't say the same about some bls from a few years ago..

Nothing has changed. Very unlikely that this will air any time soon.
Honestly wish it had been more of a grand final but overall this was a cute drama.

Acting seems bland at best and the dialogue looks ridiculously bad. I'm out.
