Ending is a miss for me but after watching the whole show I hate all of it. Writers doesn't know what plot is. This drama is about nothing. There is no purpose. There is no sense in this story. Of course it's only my opinion everyone is free to have their own.
Guk Young Soo went mad and shot almost everyone and 2 year later it was CAST.
Im my opiniom first one during the mamssacre was dream as he was in pain and maybe lost consciousness for a moment. And at the end in this '2 years later part' writers showed his memories about friends from the time before spheres when they were studying in school.
It was a waste of time. Part 1 wasn't ideal but still was interesting but after watching both parts I have to say it was one of the most stupid dramas I ever watch. I don't know what I watched really. The most important issues weren't answered. The plot? What plot?! What about this story is? What's the point? I'm writing this just after finishing watching but: 1. where is Kim Won Bin? He was with the kids but disappered sudenly but probably was alive? 2. we didn't learn anything about the spheres, in part 1 it seemed that they are afraid of cold and that they can communicate and nothing more? 3. last episode and the lunapark was hilarious they were so loud but spheres didn't appear?! 4. this psycho killer really he gone mad because of some exam? It would be much more logic if he would be so much scared that he gone mad or maybe even PTSD? 5. this prison thing what was that, the prisoners alive and healthy after probably more than month of being without food, water and other supplies. 6. and the kids one moment so smart and brave and the next behaving like brainless.
Just big meh.

I belive it's my first such rant ever but this was just B A D.
Don't get me wrong it's not a bad drama but if you are here for suspense, mystery and plot twists you can be disappointed. It was pretty obvious who the villian is. I can't remember when I guessed the whole plot so fast. But I recommend it as social issues drama.
