Honestly most fun drama I watched in a while. Cinematography in Japan, Canada and Italy was gorgeous and mesmerizing. Budget spent well. And the leads did their best with the script. Their charisma honestly carried this drama. Script is a bit of mess, but thanks to actor’s performance it was fun.

Do Rami personality is so much fun, I’m glad she told off her relatives. They are totally at fault.

Muhee’s personality is so honest and sincere. Interpreter is such a coward. He could say about his feelings to Muhee but could not to shin pd?! That means it’s not real. Ugh! He is prick and she is sweety.

Thank you for not blindly criticizing Sakurako. Why most commentators who criticize as women don’t see her survival instincts like you did. It’s like they live fantasy land where men get short end of a stick.

FL is example of what happens to a woman in extreme case of patriarchy and capitalism in the beginning of the series. Society tells women they are nothing without marriage and person without money is not considered human. So logic and actions perfectly aligned with society contradictory message that women are nothing but also women have to get money to live good life but also has to be a perfect wife. I do not understand commenters here who hate Sakurako. She is very flawed character that changes through series and learns to her own humanness through relationship with ML not just checked boxes through society’s lenses. At the end she is not walking cliche gold digger anymore, she is human with feelings and contradictions that can love and live her really human life.

Call me resentful, but I would rather commit murder than get with my bully who tortured me day to day and threw water on me from bucket on me.

I think Sena being obsessive fan is part of the development. As story progresses she stops seeing Raik as an idol and start seeing the very flawed human being he is. Not eating and sleeping over dating news is abnormal, cause she puts him on pedestal.

You really had to watch this drama when it was airing, they didn’t even have PPL, therefore no money for promotions. Don’t expect anything extraordinary.

Sena is way more patient than I am, cause wtf is wrong with Ra Ik? He is never actually honest.
