The scriptwriters, directors, and cinematographers, everyone else involved in capturing the minute details are doing an f-ing incredible job so far!
It's tiny things you catch on to as you view the episode multiple times...
Pete is religious, he is the only one who stops and bows before the shrine as an act of veneration, (almost symbolic of the reverence the minor clan's followers were showing to Vegas a minute before in the scene), and then guess what, in a strange allusive way Vegas' minor house is littered, adorned with religious figurines which the camera so artistically, captures almost always lit up in overblown shades of green and red...
Just to make sure we on the same page Everyone knows that Porsche was jacking both him and Kinn off at the same…
That's what it seemed like, jacking off them both with his big ass, calloused, manly hand, that the camera very pointedly pans to, towards the end of the scene
Does anybody think Vegas also noted that when all of Kinn's other bodyguards were squirming, unable to stomach it, watching him rip apart his victim, Pete and only Pete stared back without one ounce of disgust, or fear at him and his mastery?? I wonder if Vegas found that odd, or curious??
Be on the cloud if you're gonna tease us with Vegas Pete, please give us something substantial, I beg you. At least a side story that's longer than 10mins or something more than 3 bread crumbs in the episodes.
What's interesting to me so far about Vegas Pete, is since Vegas has been so focused to lure Porsche to him he hasn't had time to use (or hide) his skills on Pete at all. And all the while, Pete has kept his eyes firmly on Vegas. He has observed keenly how Vegas can torture without losing a sweat, how he can manipulate, how he can smile without it reaching his eyes, Pete has witnessed first hand what Vegas looks like when he has lost, how far he is ready to take it to win... While Vegas hasn't even put Pete on his radar. And if Pete is feeling any attraction, or interest on his part about Vegas, it's clearly for the truest montrous part of Vegas, that he tries to keep so well hidden. When Pete watched unflinching Vegas torture that man for info, he basically knows now what happens if you get caught by Vegas!
And I am clueless how they are going to play out Pete and Vegas in the series, but at this point Pete knows, understands Vegas a lot more than Vegas does him. And not to forget he is the head bodyguard of Tankhun, the eldest son of the main clan, second only to P'Chan, so no matter what Vegas does Pete won't break so easy....
we need the vegas pete side story. pronto!
