True… I miss their guilty pleasure as well as I was well fed in their previous series (well, to the point that…
Hahaha, that's true! 😂 But I think they spoiled us so much in their previous series that I'm still living off that. I guess we're well fed for a while. 😆 Now they're just killing us with all the teasing instead. P.S. I'm still surprised those scenes never went as viral as some others. The passion felt so natural, and their chemistry was absolutely insane. They were so convincing that I almost felt like I was intruding on a real couple. 😅
I guess I'll be one of the few going against the general opinion here, but I actually found it hilarious.
The story itself is pretty simple, but that's not really the point. I loved that it's just a slice-of-life story with no big ambitions other than showing us a little piece of these two weird people's lives. Maybe it's because I've met people like them before, but those surreal conversations actually felt weirdly realistic to me.
And Yim was so good here. I'm really happy they gave him something more mature to work with.
P.S. I kind of missed my guilty pleasure—their NC scenes, because they're fantastic together. But they're just as good with this awkward, bizarre kind of flirting, and considering where the story could have gone, I think it was the right call not to include them.
