This is definitely not a perfect drama. I was annoyed in the beginning. What I meant was, I think it was in episode 14 when she tells him that she killed her self for him 500 years ago. That little boy told her to sacrifice herself for him. Then she reincarnated in many different forms a butterfly, grass , a flower and finally these two different girls. I believe she pursued him because she felt a connection to him from the past lives. Once he knew who she was then he was all in and very glad she did not give up on him. Anyways, like I said it’s not perfect but I am enjoying it now and looking forward to a happy ending 😊

I just finished episode 12 and it had some great moments and some sad moments. One of my favorite moments was when SamDal’s mother stood up to those two jerks. I actually cheered. It was so satisfying. As a mother myself, when she said “ She has a mother too” it gave me chills. It is so hard to watch our children go through hard times and if they are bullied by someone - watch out here comes mama bear!! I loved seeing Yongpil and Samdal happy, but I knew it wouldn’t last long. YP’s father is locked in his grief that he can’t see (he doesn’t want to see) anyone else hurting around him. He selfishly only thinks of his own grief. I know he is hurting, but it’s been 8 years. He needs to heal not only for himself but for everyone around him. It’s sad but very annoying. I hope he lets his anger go and begins to heal soon. Now to watch episode 13 😊

That is what it seems like in the beginning, but if you continue you will see there is a connection between them . It will then make sense why she is persistent about being with him. It’s actually sweet. ❤️

I agree with you. In the past while I don’t agree with how she broke up with him, I can understand her thought process for doing it. But it has been 8 years and they are both mature adults with solid careers. There is no need to reject him again. What’s amazing is he is the more mature one by realizing he still loves her and wants to forget the past (he doesn’t even know the real reason for the break up) and make it work. She could explain to him that her dream is to work at the UN and she needs his support. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Frustrating. But I am hanging in there.

I just finished episode 9 and I am annoyed with the female lead 🤦🏻‍♀️ but I am impressed with the male lead for not giving up on her. She is being too stubborn. This is why I worried about it being 36 episodes. How long will they drag this out 🤦🏻‍♀️ I may have to go watch something sweet while I wait for this one to make some progress. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I agree with you. I tried My Boss as well but I couldn’t get into it. The female lead was cute, but I prefer a female lead that is more mature. The female lead in this one dresses like a successful woman. The only thing that worries me is this one is 36 episodes, so the writers could drag out the misunderstandings. Fingers crossed they don’t 😊

I will hang in there for this one, but to be honest I am frustrated. I understand the ML is deeply hurt, but I feel he is taking it a little too far. I was glad she did speak up that one time when he took her to dinner and she took their picture and threw it away. But I hope she will stand up for herself more in the episodes to come. That young girl from her company really needs to mature. I was very annoyed with her at that banquet. If she can’t handle the job then she needs to find a new career. It is really sad these women are forced to drink though, even when they don’t want to. I wish the female lead would have gone to that reunion so she could have defended herself. Her friend tried to defend her, but I wish he would have said more. The male lead kinda turned things around, but they still all ganged up on her. I want her to set things straight. I thought her friend was going to tell the ML that he went too far and needs to back off the FL , but no - he asks if they could get back together 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I know he promised her not to say anything, but he needs to say something before things get worse. They need to have a long conversation and straighten things out. But this is 36 episodes so I will probably have a long wait 😞 Oh well, now to watch Marry My Husband.

In the preview for episode 13 it looks like the assistant posts something about Samdal again. She tells her boyfriend it is to keep Samdal down so she won’t think about coming back. So the assistant has not changed and probably came to her hometown to make sure she stays down. I want her to get hit with Karma smack in her lying face. 😡

Just finished the second episode 😊 . I hope the female lead keeps getting stronger and even more strategic. I want her revenge to be as satisfying as Perfect Marriage Revenge was to me. You got this girl - keep fighting!!!

I just finished Perfect Marriage Revenge and now I am ready for this one. I loved PMR, it was very satisfying. I hope I will enjoy this one as well. I love the female lead, she is one of my favorite actress’s. I am rewatching What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim because it was so good and I missed a good romance. I look forward to watching her again. 🥰

I am enjoying this drama. I am on episode 10 and I love all the reveals. It is so satisfying. I clap and cheer at the end of each episode especially now that we are getting closer to the evil people paying for all they did. 😡 I am trying to hurry and finish this one before a new revenge series starts called Marry My Husband. I hope it is well done too. Back to binging the last 3 episodes. 😊

I started watching this while waiting for a new episode of Welcome to Samdal-ri . I am enjoying it, but I am a little annoyed with the female lead for not explaining everything to him. She could have kept the pictures but sent him back his cameras. Those cameras were worth a lot of money. They just need to have a proper conversation. So much misunderstandings 😢. I love watching their happy memories together, but I am at episode 10 and I am ready for them to work things out. Hopefully I won’t have to wait too much longer. 😞

If you watch further you will see that she did try to defend herself before she left, but her assistant claimed she tried to commit suicide and she felt responsible. No one would listen to her and chose to believe the assistant. She had to get away from all the reporters so that is why she went home. She will go back and face her assistant in later episode. But she is not looking for revenge, it’s more about karma will take care of the assistant and her ex boyfriend. There are misunderstandings about their breakups that need to be cleared up before the romance can start. Just give it a chance 😊

It has a very happy ending. 🥰 He really can only trust his assistant.

So is the female lead the reincarnation of the girl in the polka dot jacket that was killed? Because how would she have that memory? I love her best friend, if only she would listen to her advice - she is very wise. I loved their kiss at the end, but if they can’t be together then she should be with the detective. I was wanting him to shoot them when they were drinking together. How will this end? How can he become human and be with her? So much to figure out. 😊

Maybe so. 🤔 But I believe the detective is her fate. He was in her past life and he is again, but the Cupid keeps getting in the way. Someone mentioned in the comments that the writers maybe trying to show that you can go against your fate. But I guess we will find out soon 😊

I thought that at first as well. But if you look at her calendar the next day was marked 1000. So I believe it had to be a separate day to be counted as 1000. And it ended up being the detective who she met. And he is the one in her past life that she was supposed to be with but the Cupid changed her fate. I believe the detective in his past life was going to be king and she would have been his concubine before the Cupid changed their fates. That’s what the Cupid guy got in trouble with. I believe he fell in love with her in their past life and they were cursed because of it. 😞 There is a lot to keep up with, that is what I have gathered. 😊

I am enjoying this series and love the main couple 🥰 They are on my list of favorite couples along with the couple from King the Land. I love all their moments together. ❤️ Such a tragic history for them. I believe they will be able to get a happy ending this time.
