Yes but for you to appreciate the karma/revenge you need to watch some key episodes. Maybe watch the full first episode to get a sense of the drama, then look at the preview of the next episode to see if you want to watch it and so on. Episodes 12, 19, 22-23, 39 are key episodes to me when it comes to the main storyline.
