Yes yes and I just said I like the portrayal of atom. To each their own, we can agree to disagree. It doesn’t need to be for everyone. I normally don’t like overanimated dramatic characters so I was pleasantly surprised which how smooth forth portrays atom so it doesn’t feel cringe to me. I think his acting is good , you don’t need to 😁

Saw someone on tumblr describing Thap and Atom as “The bi disaster and the stoic neurodivergent demi” and it’s honestly the perfect description ahaha. I really like how a lot of people on the neurodivergent spectrum relate to kongthap and his struggles to read the other person or express emotions, that’s why he finds atom so likeable.. atom speaks before thinking, wearing his heart on his sleeve

Also to people who are surprised there’s so much hate on the show on MDL, on other platforms people genuinely like it. I think it’s just really a hit or miss show for people but a lot of people are genuinely enjoying it. It’s entirely fair to dislike it it too but I think it’s wrong when people on mdl says they hate it and the good review for it are fake and everyone should understand it’s bad… fans enjoy it but non fans also like it quite well. We can have different opinions on whether to like a tv show or not. If it’s not for you, just drop it! But don’t go after the throats of the ones who say they like it?? Let them???

Each episode keeps getting better and better, episode 7 was soooo good

Gemini as Kongthap in episode 6 was so good, like it really made me like the character so much more than the previous eps, he was so natural and lovely in ep 6

People on MDL who keeps insisting gemini fourth looks “too old” to act in MLMU creeps me tf out given they’re 19 during filming and people go out of high school at age 17-18.. people who insist that teenagers look older than their age feels creepy for various reasons. I would love more mature roles for the boys too since they’re entering their 20ies this year but I never saw anyone complain about Mark, Satang, Winny being in their 20ies when acting in my school president, so the insistence on two 19 year olds being too old feels… off. Creepy. Like justification for something.. 😐

Gemini and fourth was 19 when they recorded this, and are playing two 17 year olds. They’re also younger than the Japanese actors were in the Japanese drama. Fourth has barely been uni age a year when this show was recorded, fresh out of high school. How are they too old? Gmmtv gives high school roles to people mid 20ies. Everyone almost was between 20-25 in my school president except Gemini fourth themselves. (Satang was 20, mark was 24, etc etc..). They’re really close in age to their roles so I feel like saying they’re too old is a very weird sentiment as they’re still very young , fourth is still today 19, so he was just barely 19 when this was filmed. Having people under the age of 18 play restricts a lot of what they’re allowed to show in terms of kissing and such so younger actors wouldn’t have worked well since there’s kisses in this series (otherwise they’d have to do fake kisses like in moonlight chicken because they were underage)

Fans of the manga is probably gonna appreciate the latter half as it’ll be content that wasn’t adapted before, and also there won’t be comparison to the Japanese one by then since the Japanese one didn’t finish the story. Right now people are comparing too much 😅

I’ve seen so much praise for it elsewhere so it’s probably just that a lot who didn’t fancy it ended up venting their disappointment here 😅 hopefully they’ll like it more after a few more episodes?
