I’m on ep5 and Xu Ruohan’s character hasn’t been shown yet, we only see snippets of her from the intro/outro, I think her character will later be revealed when they’re adults. And Johnny probably isn’t the love interest.

I feel the same, it’s definitely missing the spark. i’m stuck on Ep 7, left it for weeks and i didn’t miss it , at all, now it’s finished airing. I’ll finish it eventually cause i love both the ML and FL but they could have done better instead of dragging it out that long, no real clues till ep 7, i just sighed when Jae hui got into an accident, i really didn’t feel shit!! just fed up …. It felt like it wasn’t moving along, i hope it gets better 🤞

I recommend: “Revenge of Others (12 eps)“ , ‘Bitch x Rich’ (10 eps, but 2 seasons) and “S line (6 eps)”. They are all short series’s with the genre you stated and Chung soo bin, the FL from ‘friendly Rivalry’ is cast in revenge of others😊. Hope you enjoy watching whichever you choose, or all😅, I strongly recommend “ROO”.

Inju’s assistant, played by kwon hyuk, that guy is giving psychopath vibes, inju never ordered him to attack Tae oh but to tail him, i mean inju abuses the guy so it’s natural to hate and want to kill him, and Tae oh will be the perfect cover to get away with murder, so he created a motive for Tae oh by making him believe inju ordered the attack.

Ep 12 really shocked me but I somehow knew they were going to end the character “Chen xing” since he left for at least 4 episodes but we will miss him dearly 🥹

When i was a first timer, i watched a lot of dramas i didn't really like then i learned to look for the genres and plots that suited me. So i would recommend "My dear guardian" if you like action, romance & a good plot and "Love yourself" if you're interested in an uplifting, girl power & romance drama.
