SJ is a very sensitive person. He should have called 911 when the accident happened. Instead he turned to one of the worst moms on earth. His mother destroyed his life because what she prevented from happening six years ago came back to bit her butt.

KJ's dad is also one of the worst dad on her. HH called him incompetent because he was as a father, son, and husband. There was hand writings on the wall on how his wife was misbehaving but he's too stupid to see it. He could also see that SJ needs serious help to ease the pain of the guilt he's been carrying around for years. But, he'd rather sweep it under the rug like a stupid father. He's a total failure as a father and step father in my opinion.
