You're very funny. You didn't drop it because the drama was terrible but because it was Korean? You should be able to separate things like separating people from the work. In my opinion, the world is so small, and if we keep turning our backs on everything, life will be too boring. You don't have to care about a particular people, but you can learn about the culture and their way of life, and you learn that you can actually tolerate an aspect of them. It is just my thoughts. I enjoyed this drama, even though some of the AIs' emotions were a bit far-fetched. But having a companion AL who cooks, cleans, drives, and shops with you is a dream for most adults today. Unfortunately, Yu Ping doesn't know that some of their intimate time together was recorded (that's the wrong thing about AIs). But it was really fun to watch.
