Liked it better than Cutie Pie
I liked this better than Cutie Pie, at least in the beginning. In fact, I put off watching this because I was not in the mood for another Cutie Pie series.Max was working those eyes and I was here for it!!! Nat was fine, he just can't compete with all the emotions Max can express with just his face. Few can. Maybe First or Fort.
I love me a fiest ML. I also love me a vulnerable for his love interest ML. They served up both in this series. Well, he was more first in the beginning anyway.
I think my favorite scenes are when dear ol dad insisting that he would chose Nong Dio over his son. No hesitation and a deadpan voice killed me.
At this point of my drama journey, I am not sure if lack of communication is cultural or just a common tool to further plots.

I still wanna punch Ritsu
I am fine with him being a fuck boy. More power to him. Do you, boo.But how do you think it is okay to not inform your partners before engaging in such risky behavior.
Putting aside diseases and I am just going to assume safe sex every time. People are crazy and one of his delulu good times could have went after our boy.
Consent is key, even when cucking your partner.
And as much as I desperately want to believe that he would stay faithful and true if they truly survived the world ending, in my heart of hearts, I feel he would fall off the wagon. Or try to convince him to try a three way "for the sake of our relationship".
It's was a great binge watch though I still want to punch him dead in his pretty pie hole for breaking my lil bean.

Sib is such a green flag
Packed full of pretty men, especially Up and Kao.Sib is such a green flag and loves himself some Gene. Gene is an interesting character because he's like a stoic character without the stoism, if that makes sense. Reading the comments, it put a few people off but, if Sib likes it, I love it.
I want more of Aey and his sugardaddy. Aey being both the victim and the victimizer was portrayed to perfection so let's get to his HEA.
I also want more of the new novel cutie and his HEA away from his abusive ahole boyfriend.

Different from the series
This is so different from the series that it is barely recognizable as the same show.I really liked it but there is so many plot holes that are only filled if you have prior knowledge from the book or series. Which I didn't.
I enjoyed it, nevertheless, and I have watched it an embarrassing number of times just for the satisfying buildup of him dragging dudes face across the wall.
I am just glad that I missed all the controversy and still have no clue so that I can enjoy both the movie and the series unbiased and unborthered.

How to do satire 101
This show hit every cliche, stereotype, and satire imaginable, hopefully on purpose. And I am here for it.Other than the constant product placement, I can’t think of a single one missed.
And they did it so smoothly too that the clichés didn't feel unnatural or there just for the joke.
Speaking of jokes, though, shout-out to the Sotus running laps in the rain mention. IYKYK.
I also loved all of the acting. If just one strikes the wrong note with you, it will lower your enjoyment.
But I think that if you don't take this show too serious, are willing to roll your eyes at the screen, it's a fun ride.

Peek in on LITA
If you loved LITA, you'll enjoy the peeks of PayuRain and PaiSky. This was a lil more romcomish than LITA though. I mean, the one Mom with her helmet hair alone! You'll may also enjoy that the two leads make some of the same facial expressions of the LITA stars.
I loathed the "cheating" aspect but I was able to move pass the manipulation of Payu and the stalking of Pai so I was able to move pass the cheating too.
I liked it well enough to binge it all in one sitting.
I would love to see more from these actors as well as see a complete romcom of SunRay.

Liked it but could've loved it
Getting the Chimon issue out of the way first. I liked how Ben was portrayed as much as any of the other characters. In fact, I kept thinking not only would he be an absolute cutie in something fluffy but I also think he could carry a villain role. The "betrayer" type of role like the cray-cray of ThornType. Some of his eye cuts gave me villain vibes (not sure why the director/editing team left them in or why he is taking the hit for their decision).
I probably would have liked this more of it had stuck with the rich boy/poor boy storyline. Oh, and if they hadn't killed off the Mom. I AM not really into gangster flicks anyway so they could have saved all the pew-pew to the end.
Also, yet another show with absolutely crappy "bodyguards". At this point, I think I could kidnap the man. Lol.
And I always roll my eyes at the "No, don't you dare help me financially". As if turning it down proves some kind of point.
Nong in a suit, though. Mostly he was overshadowed by the pure beauty that is Pond. But standing alone, rocking a suit. Looking good, sir. Yas!!

BDSM
My first concern was that in one of the rare shows exploring BDSM, they didn’t go hard on the issue of consent. No safe word with a stranger?!?! Komol knows better. Also, these are the worst bodyguards since I watched KinnPorshe. Someone was always just walking right on in. Or flouncing right on out. Where was the communication?
Thirdly, I really want a spinoff of Day and Itt. Had me checking to see if it had already been made and maybe I should watch it first.
The giant tattoo and the drugged up kitties, not a fan.
Pushing past all of that, I stayed for the hand kisses (my new favorite thing) and the Princess treatment. I don't usually like mafia shows but I love that he was willing to retire for his boo. Usually it is the Princess who has all the extra love interests but this time it was the Prince, for a change of pace.
My absolute favorite thing, though, is how happy the littlest thing done for him by Kim made Komol so happy. That's goals right there. I hope they never lose that aspect of their relationship.

If you liked Tanaka and Amagi
This show is like a grownup version of Tanaka-san and Amagi-san right down to the advise giving best friend (who had the glowup he deserved. lol.) and the blonde haired stoic popular guy and his clumsy puppy love interest. One thing that kept taking me out of the scenes was the constant smoking. My mind kept intruding the thought that his kisses probably tastes like cigarette butt's and ashes. Alcohol is bad enough but the cigarettes was a no-go for me. Especially as one partner is never shown smoking.

Queen of the bow
I was initially intrigued with how graceful and beautiful her bow was. There is just something about it that is a step above all the rest. I don't know if it was be design for hers to stand out or if hers was just so naturally superior. The storyline was a decent villain to hero. What I have never seen or read before was a hero to villain storyline. I thought it was just going to be a 3 way love battle between the deceased fiance, the loyal friend, and the scumbag gone good to get the girl.
I also liked that the FL stayed true to her character throughout and would redraw rather than fight. Finally, my personality type being represented. Except for the slap. I would have got PAID. You hear me, PAID!! 🤣🤣🤣

Neua deserved better
Neua was one of my favorite characters in Love Mechanics. I wanted more for him than chasing after a literal teenage high schooler. I think it would have been cute to have come full circle and have him chasing an older man a la GunBar. Someone who has already graduated and is a working adult. Maybe even put a bow on it by having the person resemble Mark in behavior. Maybe an unrequited crush from his freshman year or something. On the plus side, I thought that it was actual twins playing both boys. Excellent character acting.
