I thought they only needed blood to make an antidote or something, but nooo, they wanted immortality. I understand…
This creeps me out as well, the one who is already immortal doesn't want immortality while on the other hand a human who wants to dig another creature's "heart" to gain immortality, it's really more monstrous than monsters themselves. Most vamps in this drama are far more human than those monstrous humans.
When did they say vampires can be destroyed by sunshine? The only thing they said that they don't like sunlight…
I remember that scene I think it was for comedy only, since the first minute we have seen him walking in the sunrise like anyone and without any side effects. We have seen him eat two times and each time he got drunk, so I think it is because if he ate "any" human food he will get drunk and sick like what happened after he ate those shrimp because he is now half human/half vampire 😂😂
The fact that they forgot about vampires being destroyed with the sunshine in the middle of this series is kinda…
When did they say vampires can be destroyed by sunshine? The only thing they said that they don't like sunlight and What we know so far, vampires can be killed only by hawthorn wood and silver! And every story has its unique build for its creatures, vampires in A Discovery of Witches are different than Twilight than Noblesse than Dracula and so on :)
I watched up to 38. Waiting for last 2 episodes on Youku, not spending express cuz the drama isn’t exciting.…
haven't watched it, but after your comment, I sense a little mischief is it an ending like Mirror: A Tale of Twin Cities if so well I can say now its worst than the ending of TTOTM!

Yeah, the story was really good but the ending made me almost hate it, torture from start to end 🤣🤣 not even a glimpse of happiness. However, here in TLP that very very short HE made me relieved somehow, I can watch it after overcoming those feelings which I don't know how much will it last 🤣🤣
Many see this drama as a very tragic one even after they get a happy ending🤣🤣! What am I supposed to do now? it's been months since that ending of TTOTM and I can't watch any Xianxia to this day!! It was tragic from start to end, they didn't even give us a shred of hope till the last second, so I can't risk it again 🤣🤣 Even this drama, I spoiled the ending because I have the intent to watch it but haven't watched even one episode 🤣🤣
I just finished it and got all tingling at the end when he shows back up!! Love it, I'll put a review up soon.…
After some ppl said it has a SE, I wasn't going to watch it but I checked by myself and it wasn't like what they said. It is definitely a HE, we don't need a full episode to confirm that, even 5 seconds is ok.
I thought for a moment that it was really SE!! If you want a SE, go and watch TTOTM, M: ATOTC or GBMP. This one doesn't count at all it's a HE indeed!!
Can we talk about Dong Joo? I understand why viewers are mad at him. He stole someone else's work and passed off…
Personally, it happened to me once but it wasn’t that severe and this accident wasn’t my motivation in such a comment. If someone stole money from me I might forgive him if he apologizes but stealing my idea or thesis no ever. Money could be acquired again but ideas and inventions once it is registered under another one's name it’s over.
I have read many stories watched many tv shows from different sources but haven’t seen any character from the “good fiction” stole a copyright of another person, even the only character that did such thing stated the name of the real author but no one believed him.
Anyone could make a mistake and no one is complete every one of us has a certain flaw but what differentiates bad people and good people is acknowledging their own mistakes and redemption. Is our main character even near from that?

My friend, that's a very wrong example, Robin Hood can't be compared with Dong Jo. Robin Hood didn't steal for himself, he did that for the people who were in dire situations he wasn't a selfish person who steals for himself and those rich people weren't even caring about the circumstances of the poor.
Here it's different very different bc Dong Joo isn't really that poor he can afford a place to live in and a job to earn his livelihood, even if this wasn't living up to his expectation. He stole for himself. He stole someone who hasn't even done anything bad to him! He keeps lying to keep such false gains; he is not even willing to tell him about his identity. What he stole isn't even money or a car, what he did is a very serious crime more than stealing money or some pieces of bread like robin hood.
Can you imagine publishing your work or registering your invention under another name? That's very despicable indeed and can't justify such a thing.

Poverty is not an excuse; I know many people in real life who have started literally from nothing but never exploit or steal others' properties. If we made poverty as an excuse, then we will have to defend every evil doing many people do for getting money; from the slightest crime to the most hideous one.
I think it will be the first time that I start to hate a main character very early. Yook Dong Joo is such a scumbag, liar, thief and very annoying character.
Yook Dong Joo is the trash in this series infringement of copyrights and stealing others' works is a very despicable thing. Such a big liar should be ashamed of himself.
A bit of information, Alcohol is a part of Arabian History itself, "Soju" drink was originally invented from Arak "عرق" which is an Arabian Alcoholic drink and by the way this drink is widely known in Türkiye!!!
