Comfort
First of all, I really do hope more people discover this drama, it's just too good to ignore. The perfect healing and comfort drama. Also it's storyline and how each character was thoughtfully written were beautifully done, especially the development of the female lead and the male lead. I looked forward to every new episodes every week. Towards the end it did get a little sad and dark, but nonetheless it wasn't too rushed and the ending wrapped up nicely. There was truly never a single dull moment. 'Summer Strike' is also not your simple slice of life drama, but a deep meaningful insight of life having the blanket of comfort over it.Was this review helpful to you?
Just enjoy it
First of all, if this wasn't a remake, ya'll would've enjoyed this so much. It's so sad to see most reviews from Someday or One Day enjoyers, are mostly complaints. Like let's stop comparing every single detail.'A Time Called You' really reminds me of the original version which I loved so much! but at the same time it brought it's own charm and attraction that made it different. Both Ahn Hyo-seop and Jeon Yeo-been have amazing chemistry with each other, and the cinematography is insane. The ending can be viewed as sad or happy. For me it was the most sensible, perfect end to a drama. It was like the start of something beautiful, and they've left the rest to the audience's imagination. Well executed, well acted, and overall a good drama. Watch it without comparing it to the original & you'll love it.

Cha Eun-woo taking that next step
This is probably the best acting I've seen from Eun-woo without a doubt. Like it feels soo good to see him in roles other than the cold smart guy, seeing this new side of him is just so refreshing, and shows how versatile of an actor he really is. He's portraying his character to absolute perfection. The FL is really beautiful and her acting skills is also pretty good. The other ML is also good, but Eun-woo stole the show for me and was the highlight. Cinematography is just simply amazing and the story got me hooked on the very first episode. I highly recommend this drama if you're into suspense, thriller, and action. Was this review helpful to you?
Must Watch!
This Kdrama is by far the best one to come out this month. The plot is amazing and the whole cast is even better, you can instantly tell that they have so much chemistry together. It’s only a few episodes in, but it’s already so intense, filled with many emotions that makes you intrigued wanting to watch the next episode. The drama is all about an underprivileged high school student who was given a chance to exchange life with his chaebol classmate through a golden spoon.I highly recommend this drama, and it’s definitely a MUST WATCH! You won’t be disappointed.

Understanding Love
'The Interest of Love' is a well paced, well written drama and the plot is easy to follow. The characters feel real, so maybe that's why some viewers have a problem with watching this drama. Like none of them are unrealistic, and not the candy typical far from reality that Kdramas like. Everyone in the cast is doing a fabulous job portraying their roles. All the emotions, confusion and acceptance in each episode, I love it. This will definitely make your blood boil, as well as make you frustrated. Like all of this workplace bullying, overt sexual harassment, and gossiping coworkers just screams toxic environment. Moon Ga-young, Yoo Yeon-seok, Keum Sae-rok, and Jung Ga-ram are all doing amazing. Fingers are crossed that this ends happily and we don't get yet another sad ending that screenwriters like to do nowadays. For now though everything is going smoothly and I'm genuinely enjoying the drama.(EDITED)
So I finished the drama, and all I have to say is that give it some time before you decided to drop it or give it a bad rating. The ending wrapped up nicely for me and made sense.

R U Rigged?
This officially takes the number 1 spot for worse survival show. I mean the judges can't judge, and all of them had no clue what they were talking about (especially that mustache guy). Prioritizing visuals over talent and booking on potential is just crazy. International fans carried this show, but yet I don't think our votes really mattered at the end of the day. They actually thought giving Knetizens basically full control on who debuts was a good idea. The final lineup is just bad and there's no other way to put it. These girls will have a really hard time from here on out. The toxicity surrounding this group is just insane and I don't see it stopping anytime soon. HYBE you really messed up this time. Also what's up with that group name I'LL-IT like damn that has to be one of the worse group names in Kpop ever. Was this review helpful to you?
Alchemy of Souls Season 2: Light and Shadow

Huge letdown compared to season 1
With S1 of Alchemy of Souls, you had a legit really good drama. The story was so interesting and intense right from the first episode. Like it had everything Suspense, action, amazing music, amazing romance, and phenomenal cinematography. Even the ending was so incredible and satisfying.S2 of Alchemy of Souls though, was nothing but disappointment. The feelings which we left from S1 were simply not there anymore, no excitement, no attachment nothing. The Female lead for S2 couldn't captivate. I mean she was all looks no acting. Jung So-min was sooo much better and she kept the show going. I couldn't find an ounce of Naksu in Go Yoon-Jung.
Now I don't think a season 2 was needed, because the screenwriter for Alchemy of Souls just extended the show with no intentions of giving it a superb ending. Nothing significant happened, and it felt like it was a good show with a bad ending, keeping it precise would've been better. I'm being super generous with my ratings because of how much I loved the first season, which I highly recommend. The second season not so much.

Most surprising drama of the year so far
First I would like to say that I didn't expect anything to come out of this drama. Thought this would be one of those quick watches, but the cast and director proved me wrong big time.Pyramid Game is a worthwhile thriller that keeps you at the edge of your seat. The drama makes it easy for viewers to invest themselves in its characters because of how varied and well-written each student is, even beyond our main leads. The drama
is also a scathing - although most definitely overly dramatized – reflection of the consequences of physical and psychological violence that takes place in supposed safe spaces, and what needs to be done to eradicate it once and for all.
Jang Da-A made a strong impression in her acting debut, and clearly was the highlight of the drama in my opinion. The mystery surrounding her intentions adds depth to her already complicated character, and intense, violent scenes of inflicting physical harm onto others are hard to look away from. The smallest of details in Da-A's facial expressions or vocal tone do not go unnoticed either – it’s these little things that keep making her characterization of the cold-blooded, apathetic narcissist that made her character feel all the more authentic. No doubt about it, Jang Da-A has a bright future ahead of her.
Kudos to the entire cast and staff. Y'all did an amazing job!

Disappointment is an understatement
From "let's takeover a company even though i'm an illegitimate child" turned into "you guys cheated on me so now I will revenge by killing and kidnaping people" real fast. And don't get me started on the acting of the female lead. Whoever decided to cast her is definitely incapable. Not only
does she have one reaction on her face, she doesn't have any charisma to capture the audiences attention. I have to keep forwarding the drama every time she starts speaking.
The main problem though is the plot, it has so many holes in it, I don’t even know if it can be called a plot anymore. In the whole drama I can’t understand the motives of Han Taeho, I can’t understand the bond between the male leads, I can't understand why they like the girl, and finally I can’t understand anyone’s motivation. It feels like the writers don’t know the workings of human beings.

Trying too hard
Aside from good CGI and props, there is nothing praiseworthy for this drama. The cast did their best with the bad hand they were dealt.A bland, stereotypical high school drama with the class clown, the bully, the nerd, the pretty clique girls, the good class monitor, the fat nerd who is best friends with the wimpy kid protagonist, and the gorgeous love interest who is inexplicably interested in the protagonist.
The drama skips over every major emotionally impactful scene, never leaving them out long enough to dry and develop the characters. Every character is a watered-down version of their stereotypes, but all share stunted flight & fight reflexes. No one has leadership qualities, no one has useful survival skills, and no one has a proper incentive to move the plot forward. Every high-stakes scenario is a result of a moronic mistake, the story is entirely driven by reactionary decisions.
A paper thin plot line, a bunch of lacklustre characters, zero opportunity given for development and for us to emphasize, cliche dumb sacrifices everywhere, the list of flaws go on.
To those who dare to compare this drama to All of Us Are Dead, all of you are dead.

Another overrated Kdrama
By first glance it seemed like a super hero drama, but in fact it isn't, it's more of a romance drama instead. The main problem is it hasn't got a clear plot, just a bunch of individuals with super powers wondering and interacting with each other, there wasn't even a main story line, that makes it rather slow paced and uninteresting. The story was mainly broken into 3 parts that were loosely connected, there wasn't a clear main character or antagonist or plot to carry through. The cast were fine but they were wasted as the characters were lack of charisma or strong personality that shines, but rather portraits as dull ordinary individuals. When a drama or movie is written it should carry a main story or convey a certain message which Moving has totally failed to deliver, which is a giant waste of talents and viewers time.

Good start, but lazy writing happened.
I watched this show expecting a lot because of the hype surrounding it but was let down. People were even comparing it to Twinkling Watermelon which was a top tier drama for me. I could tolerate it for a bit hoping that it would get better, but ultimately the female leads character is extremely annoying and I didn’t see any chemistry between the two leads. The plot is confusing at times but also very cliche and corny. I was waiting for a different result with the many chances the main character was given to change things. However, with the exception of the first back in time, it was a repeat of almost the same thing every time after. It’s not that I didn’t like it, but it was hard watching the female lead keep making the same mistakes trying to push the male lead away just to get the same result.First few episodes are good, but there were so many plot holes in the storyline plus the lazy writing towards the end that just ruined this drama for me. Not a MUST WATCH! like what everyone is saying, but good for a one time watch.

Just average
Pretty standard romantic drama, the two main leads meet and don’t get along at first. Then they find they actually like each other, but don’t start anything romantic at first. ML an ordinary college student and FL is a Kpop idol who doesn’t want to be an idol anymore. FL is also a troubling girl who's got a mix of PTSD and borderline. This drama goes into deep emotions and mental issues. Also second female lead syndrome hit me hard while watching this. She was ultimately the better choice for the ML imo they were perfect, but because of their situation and the multiple times they held themselves back led them to not being together.
The ending could've been done better. I was just expecting too much from this drama and ended up being very disappointing. Cast is great, but I don't see myself watching this again.

Could've been better
I enjoyed the drama for a while. The romance and comedy was good until the mystery part came in. After that it became too draggy. There was also a villain in this drama, which I felt was unnecessary,The positives: the high schoolers, female lead's brother, and the male lead
The negatives: the female lead herself - her character was super annoying, like she'll always interfere in every issue and even justify her actions by shouting, she even failed to be emotional in situations like where to cry, being surprised all she did was covering her face with hands. There was very little to no romance at all between the leads, I'm not saying this because the female lead looks much older, I'm saying this because regardless of age one can express the love, that the viewers can feel, I never felt the romance.
I wished the story just stuck to the real storylines of these kids and their struggling through school at this crucial time and kept it a simple yet emotional coming of age storyline not only for them but for the adults in the drama.

Wasted Potential
This show could have been so much better if it weren't for the lazy writing and screenplay.I was really excited about this series and had no issue for at least the 1st maybe 6 episodes even when the setting was a bit cliché (handsome rich guy falling for an ordinary girl after a casual not so great encounter). The issue I have with the drama is the cheating which is conveniently being downplayed. Sin-yu (who is of sane mind and a brilliant lawyer) is just casually cheating on his to-be wife because apparently a love spell was cast. I mean c'mon, who would believe that, let alone a well learned lawyer. Okay, let's even play the devil's advocate and assume the spell actually works- why on earth would he not just end the engagement and pursue his new love interest? Also, why do they have to try so hard to make Sin-yu's fiancé unlikeable (even giving her a man on the side too) so they can justify the cheating. What's even worse is this FML (who is also of sane mind, and an adult- and not under any spell) suddenly falls out of love with a capable, available man she has been eyeing and even confessed to (and he is also starting to like her back) and knowingly falls in love with a taken man (engaged to an old acquaintance) who is about to get married. Ridiculous and makes no rational sense for me. The plot had so much potential (or so I thought) from one Kdrama fan to another, save your time and don't watch this drama.
