Really enjoy this one so far and look forward to the new episodes next week. This week when the ML said he and the original Claire have a special kind of love between them i was like i would rather call it toxic. Can't wait to see more of their backstory to understand their special kind of love better.
Enjoyed it from start to finish! Reminded me a bit from the feeling of the drama Lost Love in times. If you have not watched it yet it is a total gem and i already watched it twice. And don't be scared of the 56 episodes, they fly by in no time.
thank you for your hard work! as a new subber i know subbing isn't easy and some people may judge because we are…
Thank you for you lovely comment! :-) I really like it too, it is so satisfying if the subtitle timing is right and i can finally understand what they are saying. Can you speak thai or are you using AI aswell?
I did not like the last few episodes as much as the rest because the script got way weaker.
What I liked:
- The flower field in the end scenes from episode 19. So beautiful! - Yong on that mountain because the phone connection is best there. - That the main leads still got their HE
What i did not like:
- Mahsamut shooting himself in the head when Fahsais head was next to him because they hugged. WTH?! I thought he loved her and still did this? If they were going for their whole relationship was toxic from the beginning lets make the ending even more toxic, then they succeeded! I also think this was inconsistent with his character. Again WTH!!!
- Another huge inconsistency was Wayus character in the end. What pissed me of: 1. That when he was about to leave and he had that chat with Fahsai that he did not tell her that his feelings were genuine. That was harsh especially considering that since she was so sheltered he probably took her virginity. Poor girl! 2. In the scene where she went home with the picture of her father i waited the whole time that Wayu shows up and comforts her. I have not even expected a hug but that he at least lay his hand on her shoulder or patted her back so that she was not entirely alone in her darkest moment. That was hugely disappointing especially since he says he loves her and he also did not seem to have a problem to go to Mahsamuts funeral (the guy who killed his mother and sister) or get closure with Maysa. 3. And because of the above the ending fell flat. Even then he did not tell her that he only loved her the whole time to reassure her because she thought he still loved Maysa. Because he only said whats in the past is in the past from Fahsais perspective it rather sounded that up until he came to her he still loved Maysa and he was not genuine with her before. I really felt sad for her that he did not made that clear.
- Those two koreaboos -huge eyeroll - Overall i found the last episode too cheesy for my taste and did not like it that a lot of the plot was happening off camera because of the time jumps. I wanted to see more of what was happening so that the closure was more impactful.
I really enjoyed discussing the drama with you in the comments and i am definitely going kayaking...
It sadly took way longer to sub the first episode than i anticipated. It was my first time and there were so many challenges which has nearly driven me to despair. Besides that i had issues at my workplace and i still learn how to manage my ADHD executive dysfunction. So glad that i pushed through and i am so proud of the result!
I will sub Episode 2 next and after that i will sub them in pairs for a better watching experience. Also I am going to be way faster in the future because I now know how to do it in a more efficient way!
Right now I am actually not a big fan of Wayu. Putting an innocent girl in danger and playing with her feelings…
I agree but if you watch todays episode they say its a win win for both sides because Wayu is better protected from Mahsamut if they get married and Fahsai has him to protect her. For me this makes sense and i believe when he finally accepts his feelings for her he will regret it.
Liked todays episode and it was so satisfying to see how Mahsamut nearly exploded and Maysa was dumbfounded because Fahsai is going to marry Wayu. They are so cute together!
What irritates me tho is that i thought all of the Mad Dog gang know that Wayu is Peeraka. But in todays episode one of the team member said they dont know why he is so obsessed with this case (Fahsai's family). So it looks like only Parapai and Phaya know the truth and my theory is that they only know Wayu as Peeraka. Because otherwise this would not make any sense because Wayu suddenly does not have medical skills out of nowhere. Hopefully there will be more flashbacks in the upcoming episodes!
Liked today’s episode and tomorrow looks good with the romance finally heating up! I really questioned today if the series truly has only 19 episodes because it feels like we are only at the beginning. So much still needs to happen.
Maysas Dad is a real piece of work, he made my blood boil today.
Loved the hug between the leads and that Fahsai‘s goodness makes Wayu waver more and more.
Loved yesterdays episode especially when they went kayaking together in that botanical garden. That was so beautiful and i cant wait for the romance to finally start. Since i found it so beautiful i instantly googled it and you can really go kayaking through that botanical garden. So cool! Visiting thailand has been on my wishlist for a long time and i will see if i can go there.
Really looking forward to tonights episode because as shown in the preview Samut is really going to lose it when she is meeting that guy from the other political party again. Poor Fahsai and hopefully Wayu comes to her rescue. (Luckily, I just saw a few pictures from that episode on CH3's channel on youtube and it looks like he really comes to her rescue!
Great that you are saying it because i was thinking of posting about it too! Before episode 8 i wondered the whole…
Yeah i agree i also hope she is not his real sister because i also thought how Peeraka can accept to be with her when she is blood related to them. But after watching so may lakorns in other ones they made it work too. So even tho it will be harder for him if she is blood related it won't be an issue.
It's a shame because they have some strong and decent actors here, but the storyline and execution are corny as…
I think it is a classic channel 3 lakorn. You can't compare their lakorns with the ones from One 31/OneD. They are currently setting the bar script and cinematography wise. The difference in quality at the moment is crazy. For example: Aroma of Affection (2026) it looks like it was shot by Studio Dragon (The Studio that shoots the most aesthetically pleasing kDramas.
But i agree with you even tho i like it that i thought the revenge was more intense.
Especially without any context and in episode 8 she even answered the phone in korean. Who does that when thai's…
I don't usually watch other content so i did not know they incorporate so much korean stuff. I agree, there culture is really cool so there is no need for it. Regarding the dramas i have seen that they did a few remakes but i would say luckily the majority of lakorns is still abut thai culture. Since Japan and others did a few remakes over the years as well i did not find it more notably.
I really like her as an actress too, but i lost interest in My forever sunshine after a few episodes because i did not keep me hooked. Even tho i really like Mark Prin too. In my opinion her lakorns since she left channel 3 are not as good as before and i did not like any of them. But i hope in the future i will find one of her lakorns that i like. Have you seen the The Course of Saree? It is one of my favorites and i already watched it twice!
I watched it till episode 12 and then the 1 episode per day started and i lost interest. This often happened with other dramas too when i waited so i could watch at least the next two episodes together. If there is not a real pull that i want to continue i lose interest especially if i watch a few other dramas at the same time.
So now i only watch the romance scenes and fast forward the rest because it does not interest me.
The romance is awesome and i really enjoy watching those scenes! I mean the romance was the reason why i started watching this drama in the first place.
Episode 6 Gosh Is so cringey watching lakorn characters being Koreanboo’s.
Especially without any context and in episode 8 she even answered the phone in korean. Who does that when thai's are calling her 99% of the time?! I was actually okay with it in My Secret Bride (great lakorn) but i think she said something like she was in korea or is learning the language. I watched it a long time ago so i am not entirely sure.
I wonder if Fahsai and Samut aren't related by blood? Bc what the hell kind of expression was he making when he…
Great that you are saying it because i was thinking of posting about it too!
Before episode 8 i wondered the whole time why Samut is so composed all the time and is only losing it when it concerns Fahsai. For siblings it was too intense. Even Maysa said he is losing it worse than he would with his girlfriend. And also their father doesn't seem to understand it either.
So my theories up to that scene were: 1. That he loves his sister (but i thought they don't go there) 2. That he feels guilty because maybe the kidnapping was a result of all the bad things he and his father did and he doesn't want something happening to her again 3. He wants to prevent her from finding out all the bad things he and his father did. (which he does in the series, but Fahsai started to do her own thing and he did not like that at all. His control is slipping.)
But since the last episode i wonder if it is really that there are maybe not blood related like you said. Because that embrace felt like : Finally i can be so intimate with her and when he does the more intimate embrace he seems to enjoy that moment to the fullest. Even so that the abused woman recognised it that it looks abusive (her alarm bells going off). She even thought about saying something about it to Fahsai but thought better of it in the end.
What are your theories everyone?
I am really looking forward to the next episode on Wednesday and i hope we get some flashbacks in the remaining episodes because i need some more info about what happened in those last 6 years.
That one kiss where the ML is on top of her was so good. 💋

Maysas major eyeroll about it at the gun range, priceless!
