No. The new rules are for the upcoming dramas.
Plus the drama has been literaly endorsed by the CCTV yesterday, no way they will have us wait a year to get it.

The drama was originally planned for 55 episodes, and now there is at least 60 episodes planned, maybe more.

We wont know until the LYF crew make announcement. Season 2 hasnt even passed review yet if i'm not mistaking.
