Given that everyone around him is practically a devil, it would be strange if he wasn’t that kind of man. Despite everything he has done, I don’t believe he’s a bad person, he’s gray, somewhere in between. In the first episode, after the journalist girl meets the man just once, she dreams of sleeping with him that same night. Who would imagine themselves sleeping with a killer right after talking to him? Clearly, there are things happening in the background that we don’t know about, and in the second part everything will be revealed. Who is the journalist girl really, what exactly happened in the past, and so on… There are also a lot of things that made me angry while watching. The rapist high school students, the cocaine addict who drugged people by force, etc… All of these naturally disgusted and enraged all of us. Her mother told her she would get justice while the girl was being examined, but that was a lie. “You were raped, and in return the money belongs to us,” and so on… What are you even talking about, you old woman? Even if they have a powerful family and lots of money, you’re supposed to stand by your daughter and fight for justice. Both her mother and father are absolute idiots. They’re very easy to manipulate. No one denies the pain they’ve gone through, but that doesn’t change the fact that they’re stupid. If you can’t stand strong and fight for your child, you’re not a parent, period. Anyway, I’m really excited for the second part.
Her stupid mom was yelling at her and obviously she was traumatized and that is wrong. And I use the word stupid because right now I am watcing ep10 and she is a bad mom.
In Season 1, Go Eun was barely an adult (21 yrs old?) and both of them were pretty broken characters due to past…
Honestly, I hadn’t really paid attention to the characters ages. And yes, the reason the team came together was to take revenge and seek justice, so it makes sense that romance wasn’t really brought into the story. As I said above, that’s not what the series is about anyway. I hope, as you said, they end up as a couple, and they’ll probably show it in a very small, brief scene. I’m excited to see it. Thanks for the comment.
For the past two seasons, I’ve been expecting to see something between Kim Dogi and Go Eun, although I know it’s not really a romance series… but I guess nothing will happen between them this season either. Since this season is the final one, they’ll probably end it without getting together.
No matter what they’ve been through, he’s always going to support his little sister. I love how he smiled at her during the ceremony. He is hot asf, I can’t help myself. And are you happy, you little stupid girl?
