I think some people might have overlooked this detail but to SWL’s defense, in the 10 years they’ve been friends he never smelled any pheromones on GT thanks to inhibitors and suppressants until recently (around the time the story started) when GT developed a pheromone disorder is when his pheromones and heat got wonky and leaks. Thats why GT invented the omega lover so he has an excuse if ever he smells and can take leave to “accompany” his lover for (actually his own) heat. Again, this lover was only mentioned at the start of this story, thats also why SWL was annoyed that GT had to keep taking long leave when he barely took one before (his other secretary even mentioned that he accumulated enough leave for half a year if he wanted because he never used it). He keeps insulting his omega lover as filthy because he’s obviously jealous too but he’s too slow to realize that 😅

I agree, i haven’t watched RL but ofcourse because of its popularity its inevitable that reels and bts of it came across my feed along with the crazy stalking videos (which was crazy chaotic) and definitely yes, compared to what i’ve seen from the RL cast (atleast the stalking in public places), D4 was definitely handled better by the sisters. I always thought why the RL cast didn’t have security considering how popular they were and felt really bad for them cos they looked so exhausted.

They’re definitely on another level of crazy, its beyond comprehension. Honestly, this is the first chinese series (bl or not) that i followed so i’m still shocked by how batshit crazy the so called fan stalkers can be. I saw some clips of the revenged love cast being hounded when i just started this but i dont really follow them so i didn’t really see how bad it can get until now.

Yes his father doesn’t know, only his sister knows that he’s an omega. GT’s mom told him to hide his omega identity because his father could use him, just as he did the mom, to earn money. Thats why its not really SWL’s fault that he’s been using suppresants and inhibitors all this time, it only added to it but not the reason why he started. No its not from birth, i think they find out (i think they call it differentiate) their second gender at a certain age.

Honestly i’m not blaming GT either, the doctor’s just too invested in his (love)life and health and talks alot even though he doesn’t know the situation. It’s just a bit annoying and unfair when he runs his mouth like that abt SWL assuming everything because as you said GT’s not obligated to tell him his life story. I think he’s even the reason GT’s dad will find out abt his omega status.
We could’ve used more of his talkative mouth the first time he met SWL, to straight up tell him GT’s an omega 😂
I think that was the point, since the doctor doesn’t know anything about the situation its unfair for him to be judging SWL like that. SWL is also kept in the dark about everything 😔

Yeah, i’m not really complaining as i’ve read the novel and im grateful for the changes and added scenes here for LangTu already. I already expected that their story will be focused on towards the end same with the novel, when HuaSheng is finally together i guess to balance the fluff of the main couple with the angst of the second lol
I guess what i’m saying is i think they’d have more screentime in the last 2 episodes (atleast compared to the recents ones) to properly tell their story too because if i remember from the novel, once Sheng got pregnant there were almost no more problems only sweet times (getting the dads approval and proposal etc) and this is where SWL/GT’s story will be more focused. I’m not expecting them to get a whole episode to themselves lol, i guess just more minutes than the recent episodes 😁 i am still expecting the dad to do something stupid and the running away and definitely time jumps 🥲
HuaSheng is in their husbands in domestic honeymoon bliss era, will even get to meet the inlaws 😏 i don’t know but seeing Sheng in bed trying to work while being seduced by our Enigma does something to me lol it really hits different when both are equally flirting and no more pretending 😌
On the other hand based on the preview, looks like we’ll still only see LangTu for a few mins on the next ep 🥲 i guess their story will be focused on in the last 2 episodes when HuaSheng are officially pregnant and in their fluffy era (proposal next?)🥹
