Recently theres only been like 2-3 of those toxic 2nd cp fans commenting things like that compared to before, i don’t know if they like the attention. I think ignoring them is the best solution, its just repetitive at this point. At this point im not sure, they’re not exactly following the novel anymore but if i’d guess he wouldn’t find out anytime soon, maybe episode 15 is my best guess. Theres still a bunch of scenes in between now and him finding out and also lots of things happening in the main couple’s plot.
