a. In America THE COMPANY would have been responsible for ALL of the DEBT incurred as she was on COMPANY TIME! Working for the COMPANY, Doing what they ASKED of her!
b. SHE WOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO PAY ANYTHING! PERIOD! Therefore she would not have been in any DEBT.
c. Furthermore, The HOTEL would have been held responsible for allowing her to even get behind the wheel of the SUV especially as THEY not only brought the vehicle TO HER but then they ACTUALLY HANDED HER THE KEYS for crying out loud! Talk about irresponsible!
BUT what happened - The "Police" Charged her and ONLY her - Ignored and cleared the Hotel, the Company, NEVER looked into the 'passenger' never wondered why he ran, NEVER questioned WHY she would be 'entertaining' clients during the day - drinking at a hotel 'party' reduced to a chauffeur - NOPE it was all her fault for drinking and driving and that is that - The company let ALL responsibility fall on her AND NEVER protected ONE OF THEIR own, NO PR protection, NO shelter - NO they let her go. And she was left with the FULL BILL - Oh they spotted her a LOAN to pay back the MOVIE loss- and ONLY the movie loss - SHE sold everything and worked hard and PAID for ALL DAMAGES to the businesses HERSELF. NO COMPANY HELP THERE.
THEREFORE.....
HIS company I.E. HIM - had a Young Woman "Entertain" at Drinking events with "clients" required HER - a talented Actress to be a chauffeur, and then when an accident happened- that same company - A former boyfriend ABANDONED HER and thru her UNDER THE BUS, THEN DEMANDED IMEDIATE FULL PAYMENT even though SHE HAD ALREADY personally paid back everyone the FULL DAMAGES - completely - and she WAS MAKING PAYMENTS TO THE COMPANY - SHE WAS NOT IN DEFALT! SHE thought she still had time according to the PREVIOUS agreement that SHE and the company agreed upon, the only debt left WAS for the MOVIE CANCELATION - NOT the accident itself... This has been reveled in written form.
BUT HE- What did HE DO? HE GHOSTED HER when she called, They WERE once friends right? - HE IS THE CEO and HE asked her to join HIS company RIGHT? AND THEN HE went on TV and CRYIED about HIMSELF! NOT that she was DEAD - NO about HIMSEF! Of all the....
So So many things I can point out of this guy and his company abusing POWER and manipulating people.
HE IS SICK - I hope someone digs deeper into this guy and his cousin - In my opinion, This Guy and HIS COMPANY DO NOT see Women or anyone of lesser power as human. HE Makes me SICK.

As for me, my skin crawls by what he and the others did and have done, and probably will do again. My rose colored glasses were broken long ago.
