that's not why many don't like him though. Most recognize he is shy, awkward etc..i mean how low can one self…
I'd actually argue that Dal-mi was the variable he was LEAST confident in. He wasn't hesitant to express anything to her because he was confident in how he felt about her, but he wasn't confident at all in how she felt about him.
Don't get me wrong, I like Do-san as a character too (and also heavily empathized with his personal and interpersonal struggles), but he had to be told directly by someone else that he'd won in order to get over feeling inferior because he'd never actually LOOKED at the person he loved. It's so much easier to be confident about something when you already have the high ground.
I'll have to disagree here. The personalities of HJP's coworkers where there for all to see.HJP Coworker #1 -…
What is this disrespect towards Coworkers #4, 5, and 6 who were also women? The disservice towards Park Dong-cheon's potential love triangle (or maybe it was a love polygon? Coworkers #2, 3, and 7 looking a little suspicious) is unbelievable.
I envy everyone that earnestly scored this show 9 or higher; it's been 3 days since it ended and I just become more disappointed every time I think about it again. Maybe my biggest mistake was not just taking the show at face value and being an active watcher.
Also, was it too much to ask to give Ji-Pyeong's other officemates actual characters? Then they could at least start out disliking him as a boss only to warm up to him at the end and become like a friend group for him. One of Dal-mi's ex-co-workers and the HR guy showed up less than three times and barely did anything and they still had discernible personalities.
