The writers are at fault because they had great material for drama (Farm's sexual assault and sexism toward Fai) and show adult solutions for adult situations while planning a wedding for people still in the closet. Just my opinion.

I think that Farm was using the bathroom but saw Bright in the stall. I don't think that Farm was there to hook up.

Knock was wrong to cheat with Korn, but PP was cheating on Knock with that other guy (I can't remember his name) too! The writers didn't make PP a sympathetic character, she was a user who would use violence to get her way. In contrast, the TWM writers established that Knock and Korn had been in friends since childhood, giving them history. Other differences between Knock cheating is that he was in a 1 month relationship with her, they were not living together, and they were not engaged. So basically Korn jeopardized an almost lifetime relationship because Knock pulled back sex because he was emotionally hurt. The writers really messed this up.

1. No. I've seen comments about Knock cutting off sex and pressuring Korn to come out, but Korn marginalized Knock by asking him to leave the apartment, to hide their relationship, then kept pressuring Knock for sex like nothing ever happened. There are people in the world who do not want to have sex if their partner seems to marginalize them and disregard their feelings. Korn took Knock for granted, thinking that he could treat him however he wants, then still expected sex. Because Knock has been written as a ne'er do well, he is being blamed. I blame Knock for his share of the relationship difficulties, but not for Korn taking his pants off and having sex. We saw the scene, it was a process from the sofa to the bed.
2. No way. Once you break trust, it's over. If this is how Korn handles stress and pressure, he will do it again. Knock doesn't have time to check GPS, go through his phone and then go on every business trip with him just in case he drinks and he hasn't been the perfect partner. Knock should throw the ring at him as he leaves. He can go back to get his things later. I'm sure that Korn will be at Pete's, since that's how he handles stress and pressure. (I'm being a little sarcastic and tongue in cheek haha). But seriously, no.

I can't wait for the novel to be translated so that I can read it. Pete going to the beach would have been way better than the face time that we got. I'm not sure why they changed it. I also wanted to see who Sun was since Ae didn't want him to meet Pete.

Episode 14 is the definition of bittersweet with this episode being open ended, and the announcement that New will not direct season 2. If there hadn't been the behind the scenes drama, I would be anxiously waiting for Season 2 for Tin Can resolution, and Type/Tharn. As for Ep 14, although I would have preferred that Ae overcome his jealousy and invite Pete on the trip, it was nice to see that a young, and crazy in love couple can spend a few days away from one another. Maybe next time, Pete will join them.

Maybe after Perth turns 18, director New can reconsider. I hope that the managers learn that their behavior cost their clients an almost guaranteed paycheck, with a big pay increase. Although the manager apologized, his client is now a risk. I'm not familiar with the Thai entertainment industry, but it seems a little like the old Hollywood studio system. If New will not reconsider, we may end up with a 2 Moons 2 situation.

Some of the viewers are saying, no relationship is perfect, and this is real life, but sexual assault and sexism are real life too.

I'm not sure who the writers are, but I assumed that since this is supposed to be by fan request (I'm not Thai, cannot read Thai, so I'm going by what the boards are saying), that this is an original story.

This is a fictional story, with fictional characters and is just a show, but like many others, I developed a liking for the characters. Now, I just want to watch Knock break up with Korn (in the preview) so that I can make sassy side comments, instead hoping that everything will turn out okay.

Since we're still talking about this, I thought about how the front office (writers/director/producers) could have inserted real life in without all this cheating and crying. This may be boring to some, but it would be about adult life.

1. Subplot on Fai not getting an engineering job because she's a woman.
Challenge: Writers would need to figure out how to talk about corporate sexism without upsetting the potential sponsors.
2. Plot on Farm recognizing that he was sexually assaulted and that his sexual behavior MAY be due to unaddressed trauma, and working on it.
3. Subplot on Dr. Bright recognizing that he coerced Farm into that group sex party and apologizing (not saying, "you're still mad?") and as a medical doctor acknowledge that it was sexual assault.
4. Instead of being selfish, both Korn and Knock work together on how they plan to tell their parents about their relationship. Since they are allegedly engaged, shouldn't they be working on wedding plans? Knock tells Korn (and Korn listens) that when Korn marginalizes him, he doesn't want to get sexual. Korn tells Knock (and Knock listens), that he needs to help more around that house and he will no longer enable him. They both will still mess up, but at least they will be showing how a couple who hasn't communicated in 2 years, learn to communicate.

I think that the fan meets will be a little awkward after this season. I thought this season would be wedding planning, Korn being a Bridezilla and their friends along for the ride. The sad part is, due to the plots (cheating, cheating and cheating) this season, I'm not rooting for any of these couples and could care less if they stay together or not. The real let down is that the writers/director/producers have caused me not to care about these characters anymore; we've had a break-up. I will continue to watch, but it will be like the Rocky Horror Picture Show with me making my side comments.

By angst I mean cheating or constant rejection while dating other people. I will add it to my library. I read a lot of fan fiction and BL fiction, as well as manga. About the only thing that I don't read is fetish or K-Pop BL, because I'm pretty vanilla and I don't like ship real people, just characters.

As for TWM, I can be flexible because Shirotani/Kurose's relationship would be unethical in my country (dr/patient sexual relationship), but I can still read the story. I will continue to say if the writers wanted to be reality-based, they should have had Farm explore his sexual assault trauma. Even the women in the story don't talk about it which I find unusual. Maybe that's a cultural difference?

It's hard because I LOVE happy endings, but I've seen people hurt by cheating in real life, so I can't help but want Knock to find some one new. Since there are promo photos with them wearing tuxedos and there's a video where at the end they show a family photo with K&K and both sets of parents, so they will have a happy ending.

I'll look at your novel unless it starts getting too angsty. I don't really like angst. Is it like Ten Count?

To stay on topic, yes, it's good to see Korn's selfish flaws. They messed up by making the cheating scene so long and graphic, and by cutting back and forth between Knock being brave and Korn messing up. They could have make it a kiss and then the next being Korn getting out of bed and a condom wrapper on the side.

I'm usually a die-hard BL HEA shipper (I read tons of BL manga too), but this is the first time I want the main couple to break up for good. I'll be sad, but I consider cheating, especially without a condom, a deal breaker. If not break up, break the engagement and move out to see if the relationship can be salvaged. In reality, I really don't know of a relationship that survived cheating, because there is usually repeat behavior or the betrayed party can't stop being suspicious.

I'm still mad that when Knock said he wanted to break-up, Korn grabbed him and said he doesn't want to break up. Just like Mew didn't get a say, Korn doesn't get a say.

I give kudos for showing that Korn is really selfish (treating Knock poorly then wanting sex all the time), and even though he is neat and goes to work on time, he's still selfish and immature. The openly immature frat boy Knock, is the person who has come through, sacrificing to work with Korn (who shut him down) and coming out to his parents to show how much the relationship means to him, even though Korn kicked him out and makes him have a pretend girlfriend. I'm a woman and can relate to not wanting to be romantic with somebody who doesn't meet my emotional needs. Since this is fiction, I've seen the photos with the wedding tuxes.

I hope they resolve it. Looking at the Thunder TV previews, Korn is not the person who tells Knock. Korn is going to have to work really hard to keep Knock. We'll see what Pete does since he's the wild card.

Knock was drunk and thought the guy was Korn, who was there and saw it. This was way more and Korn wants to keep it a secret. If Korn thought it was Knock (I didn't hear Korn call Pete by Knock's name) and Knock was there during the kiss, then it would be the same.

I agree that the acting is great, but this is still BL. We are over half way through the season and if what the actors are stating is true, there will be a happy ending. This is what makes a BL trope. Because I deal with the reality of people professionally, I prefer cotton candy fluff (HEA), but the graphic make out sex scene makes me want them to break up for good. That would beat the BL trope that he cheated but the other guy doesn't mean anything to Korn, so forgive and live HEA. There is angsty BL in the genre, but it isn't my favorite.

If you haven't watched it, you may like Dark Blue and Moonlight, a Taiwan BL series. It doesn't have the acting chemistry of Tul & Max, but it isn't fluff.

I hope that Korn does the right thing and confesses to Knock. They may have a chance to rebuild if Korn tells Knock instead of a 3rd party. Since Korn proposed with the intent to marry, he should have been ready to tell his family. I hope he didn't propose out of pride. The twisted side of me hopes that Pete did that to get Korn out of the way so that he can go after Knock. Yes, I want Korn to suffer. Korn broke up with Mew for cheating, Knock should dump Korn. Just seeing Korn hug Knock after having sex with Pete made me cringe. That brought the twisted sister out of me.

I'm not sure if they can reconcile, but Korn should come out for himself. Unlike Knock, he was always gay, and had a boyfriend (Mew). Having sex with his boss after a few drinks makes Korn a risk and Knock should think it over. If Korn's strategy in dealing with relationship problems is to have sex with someone else, it will be a difficult hurdle to overcome. Knock already didn't want to get initmate after being rejected by Korn, I doubt that infidelity will make him want Korn more. They would have to work hard to stay together and at this point, I'm not sure if either of them are mature enough to do what is required.

I agree with you about Fai. If Knock can't get over this, I think that he and Fai would make a good couple. I know that I'm committing BL sacrilege considering a MF ship, but having Knock maybe losing his relationship and possibly leaving his job over the affair has me considering other options.

I don't see many people discussing how Farm was sexually assaulted, and I was disappointed that the writers didn't go deeper on the topic. I thought that it was daring for them to expose a male getting sexually assaulted, but they didn't follow up, although Farm is showing behaviors that SOME sexual assault survivors display (sexual promiscuity is one, but calculated revenge isn't that common). It would have a been a great subplot (it may still happen) for Farm to talk to Rit about it and with his support, working through it. This would give young people a message that what was done to Farm was sexual assault, and that Farm agreeing to being in an open relationship was not consent for the encounter that Bright arranged.

I considered that Knock cheated on Pleng too. I'm probably rationalizing, but a difference is that Pleng was pretty evil, even sending people to beat up Korn. The writers built that tension so that we saw that Pleng wasn't a very nice person, whereas Knock has been portrayed as basically a good person with normal flaws. Also, we didn't have 2 seasons of Pleng and Knock being in love with each other. We saw Knock go through major angst and struggle over his feelings for Pleng and Korn. And... we didn't have to see Knock and Pleng having sex, just holding hands. I think that if there weren't such extensive scenes of Korn being sexually aggressive with Pete, the reaction wouldn't have been so visceral.

Since you're new to BL and I don't know your age, I'm going to suggest shounen ai manga. Seven Days (both volumes), and Aitsu no Daihonmei (His Favorite).
