I hate sad endings too, but even Khemjira had a similar situation where Khem and Pharan had a past life together. If it comes out in English, I will read the novel before the series starts so that if it is a sad ending, I will be ready.

In the novel about 10 years but the actors are about the same age, so I don't know how they will pull it off.

I think that Phu is the person that he is supposed to end up with, but we'll see. Since Keng is playing the role of Phu, that's probably how we will get either a happy or open ending. Kind of like LUAT where Phop had to spend the rest of his life alone after Klao disappeared because the real Klao was dead and Khun had to go back. I'm trying to be positive.

This is one of the best shows airing right now. The serenade scene was the best that I've ever seen. Whoever wrote those lyrics, knew what they were talking about. I'm not sure why Veha got mad, Lion is now free to be all his! He should have been happy lol. Now that Akki realizes that Veha is his junior, I think the kind and caring Akki will really come out. Toto is living up to his name and New is making sure his character is kind of nutty but still a sweetheart.

I'm intrigued by this story because I have a similar connection with a dead artist, but not in a romantic sense. I knew about the suicide but didn't really pay much attention but about 5 years ago I got really interested in her life and death. When I first heard her sing I thought she was okay because she didn't have the power voice like Whitney Houston. But as I watched her performances and realized that she was singing live, and not lip syncing, my respect for her consistency grew. She begged her mother to become an idol, and her mother set strict goals and she passed them all. She won some important awards during her rookie year, and the year of her death, she finally had a #1 song. Her career only lasted for 2 years and she ended her life at the age of 18. There's no mystery, only the why leading to speculation of overwork and unrequited love. I'm going to look for this novel before the series airs. Keng is one of the most handsome young men in Thai entertainment, so I'm really looking forward to his portrayal of Phu, rather than Duean.

Poppy has cut his hair really short in the past though. I didn't know about the monkhood, thanks for telling me.

I read the novel last year but I believe that he was born in the US. In the novel, Blue notes that Anwar speaks Thai pretty fluently, but has an accent.

At first I thought he went for the Poppy look, but maybe it was to get rid of the bleached blonde stuff.

Of the whole lineup, this is the series I'm the most concerned about. I read the novel a while ago, and had a tough time with the character named Anwar. If Thomas can pull off playing Anwar, and make me have some empathy for the character, he will prove himself to be one of the most gifted actors at DMD. He is a natural choice as his father is Chinese American so he speaks English really well with a good accent. It will be hard to see Blue on the ropes but seeing Kong play him as he grows will be wonderful to watch.

I wanted Keng to play a goofy guy and I'm getting my wish. When someone is cooly handsome like Keng, it's nice to see them out of type.

I wonder when the OST will finally be released. I wonder if Thai viewers like it as much as international viewers. They need to sign the contract, film the music video and release the song already.

I'm interested in seeing the "real" Kanit that Toto sees. I may have misunderstood the subtitle, but Kanit made a comment about wanting to level up to fly international. Usually that would require a third language acquisition for the international airline employer, such as Japanese, for Japan Airlines. Kanit is really smart, already speaks English and Thai, but feels inferior to Lion, when Lion has the moral character of used toilet paper.

I haven't started to watch it yet because of teen angst fatigue. I think that some adult viewers are not as into teen content. Now that we have more to watch, I no longer watch many teen shows. I think that I will binge this series after it's done airing, based on the comments. I think it's time to move Gemini and Fourth on to adulthood already. They perform well in adult dramas as supporting characters. I love A Dog and and a Plane though. It's the only GMMTV project that I'm watching weekly. Happy to know that it is #1 in Japan. I'm not watching Wu at all.

I have to apologize to this project. I watched the first episode with the strange subtitles and totally wrote it off. I watched it with the new subs and had a good laugh. I hate multi-languages shows and don't usually watch them, but it was only 8 episodes and made to capitalize off of the Barcode and Jeff ship from KP so I knew it wouldn't be deep. Now that there are plenty of BL out there, I'm not going to watch gays in the cemetery (two of them airing right now), teen angst or tearjerkers. Top of my list will be comedies, even if they are dumb.
