I didn't even bother to watch it...season 2 should have been modern time and season 3 should have been season 2 plot and ended with them married with a kid.

He is suppose to be cringey and chliche. That is his whole persona that was written as his character from the comic book. Her friend said this comic book has all the uear 2000s cliche/trope
