Poor Fu Yin, I hate crying for stupid people, but how can I not cry with Fu Yin? I feel like watching my own little sister make mistakes and not being able to help. I can sympathize with her desire for revenge, just as I support Fu Tao's, but I wish there were another way for her to achieve it.It's as if another drama is unfolding with Fu Yin as the protagonist. Her relationship with Lu Qi worries me, mainly because I fear feelings might develop (since she thinks Lu Han Xing was the arsonist that killed her mother). I won't lie, I'm really enjoying this storyline, because I've seen many similar dramas before. The Lu family are lions that eat lions. There's not a single person there who's a good person (save for Ying ying).Seeing Zi Fang take a beating was good payback for abusing Rou'er, so now it's even for me. I felt disgusted by the price and by the man that beat him.

This drama is not a romance drama, it's a drama that has romance in it, and I like it. I'm intrigued with all (and I mean all) the plots. That being said, I miss romantic scenes for the main couple.I feel terrible for Fu Yin, I just wish she would give up on this revange and go back to Du Ning. This episode was eye opening regarding the Empress's cruelty. She demonstrated a complete disregard for the human lives of those beneath her, such as when she ignored Princess Xin Nan's servant, Lady Situ, and threatened people with decapitation... Once again, the themes of power and those who abuse it being addressed. How could this terrible woman have such good children, and how could Consort Yan, who so far seem so kind, have the demon Zhou?I understand her, because she is the mistress of the harem, so if someone is poisoned and dies, the responsibility for that person's death falls on her. Therefore, strict restrictions must be imposed to prevent this behavior, but I, personally, believe that, in the small world that is the harem, exceptions should be made on a case-by-case basis. I saw a comment saying that both she and the emperor are self-righteous evils and that's why they get along so well, and I agree.

I feel like I cursed Fu Yin and Du Ning... that poor man, this directors are allergic to happy relationships. I understand Fu Yin's heart, but the plan itself is so silly... At the beginning of the series, I didn't realize that Lu Qi and Lu Han Xing were different people, so I thought Lu Qi had orchestrated the fire, but now I'm not so sure and don't want to go back, so I will find out alongside Fu Yin. And also, Lu Han Xing is having an affair with the green-tea maid, giving her stolen objects and telling her way too much, why I feel that situation will blow up terribly?I want to see more of our main couple; I miss their cute moments. Now all I see is the demon Zhou, but at least Rou'er is setting more boundaries now. Talking about crown prince, I'm happy he and his brother reconcile, and listening to good outside advice, but I hate prince Han's suggestion to forgive crown princess. If he ever did so (and his attitude worries me a little) he would have been unworthy of Chen Ji sacrifice.

I'd been wondering for ages when Du Ning and Fu Yin would reappear, and here they are, and they're still so cute together! Finally, a couple that's getting married swiftly in this series TTI'm glad the emperor still has some affection for the crown prince, and the scene where he places the cloak on him made me very happy.Rou'er and Lady Li are still friends and now Rou'er is finally a court lady!

Meeting the crown princess's father made me understand why she acts the way she does; he's just as stupid as she is. If the crown prince loses his position, what will become of his daughter? Truly hoping this won't affect his position anymore than it already has (mainly because I don't want to think about demon Zhou as emperor), but he's surrounded by too many bad advices.I feel very sorry for Chen Ji, but at the same time I admire him for being such a loyal person. And that's how I know that the crown prince is a good man, knowing that he would be deposed if he didn't kill Chen Ji, he still accepted the risk and tried to save him. They deserve each other's love and honored their bonds in the end. What's truly unfair is that the entire troupe died because of this as well. Furthermore, Lu Yun Ji was easily pardoned, but Duke Cheng wasn't? What a just emperor.I'm curious to see how Ying Ying's crush on Zi Fang will turn out, with him wanting to kill her family and all that. I love how open she is to romance, not shy or well-behaved at all, which is a very welcome change.Lastly, love the sisterhood between Xin Nan and Rou'er, the woman that never seem able to get married. I also enjoy seeing the partnership between Prince and Princess Han.

I feel sorry for the crown prince, he makes questionable decisions and commits "mistakes" (at the time, they were mistakes), but he's young and human; it's just that nobody can be too sympathetic to him because he's going to become the emperor eventually. So he is reprimanded by everyone, trapped with a terrible wife (who is fatally unaware of the gravity of her position and actions... She is also human and young, but that's another conversation), and is losing his only good friend. All of this, overwhelming him at once, I understand why he slapped her.Throughout the drama, I never paid much attention to Lady Situ (although I went from disliking her to truly admiring her), so I didn't expect her story to end that way. She reminded me of the Third Madam, someone who had her flaws, but who, deep down, was a kind-hearted person who did everything for the well-being of her children. I cried a lot, being so close to freedom but so far away.I was worried that this marriage confusion would last much longer, so I'm relieved. Although I'm starting to get anxious about when the wedding between the main characters will finally happen, and hoping it doesn't take 40+ episodes. As for Yan Zi Fang, I'm happy (albeit a bit worried, since one harasser is enough) to have him back. Mainly because he's yet another person trying to take down the Lu family. I hope this doesn't change Rou'er's heart and that he doesn't think she owes him something just because he reformed.

I feel such a satisfaction seeing the crown prince reprimand the crown princess. Honestly, what was going through her head? How could she create a one-sided feud with someone who was her friend without any justifiable reason? I love Prince and Princess Han; it's so stupid to fight against them for no reason. And even more stupid to try to convince her husband, the emperor-to-be, to force a marriage with her sister. Are you trying to destroy this man's chances of becoming emperor?Regarding the relationship between the crown prince and Chen Ji, I think they spent the night together (?). But what's clear is that he's really focusing too much on this man. To be honest, I thought he was going to die in this episode, I'm very happy that didn't happen. Finally, our couple managed to spend some time together and, as always, they are very cute. I wish scenes like this would become more frequent. Also, my best girls, Xin Nan and Rou'er are finally friends again!

I find it fascinating how both siblings, the crown prince and Princess Xin Nan, show appreciation for ordinary people as equals, and how much that says about their character. Her attitude in saving her maid, someone her mother said was worthless, truly convinces me of her kindness. And this is further proof to me of how awful the demon Zhou is, because it's not like Xin Nan is perfect and always treats people well, but when it matters, she will help others without ulterior motives.I can't believe the crown prince brought an entire house for his lover... I mean, friend.I'm also annoyed because the queen won't let Rou'er leave the palace. Demon Zhou, as always, the worst.I hate misunderstandings the most, why couldn't Xin Nan and Chu Ling simply talk things out? I am happy they are well again, but I hope it's a learning experience.

Not much to say about this episode, Lu Yun Ji has one merit, he had a good daughter. Yingying is the family's true hero. The relationship between Sheng Chu Ling and Princess Xin Nan, while very cute, is rather childish, which leads to jealousy. I find Chu Ling foolish for his decision not to explain himself, but this highlightsXin Nan's good character, whose only reaction was to tear a piece of fabric (Ling Shu probably would have done something much worse).I'm curious about this tapestry with a hidden secret too. This drama has a good pace, but it's also impressive how they manage to give each story its own development time. It's easy to make one good story, but make multiple interesting plotlines in a single story is the hardest.

The level of torture that the demon Zhou made Rou'er endure is unbelievable, I refuse to call him a human being, he's literally an abuser. These difficult times caused people to show their true colors; while Zhou was a demon who abused someone who was suffering, Xin Nan supported Chu Ling, and their relationship improved because of it.When Rou'er cried, I cried too, even knowing Chu Mu was alive. When she saw him again, I cried as well. Throughout the entire episode, I was about to explode with anxiety, and when everything turned out alright, I was about to explode with happiness. It's true, Yang Zi Fang may be far from perfect, but meeting the demon Zhou made Zi Fang seem much better, and his alliance with Chu Mu made it easier to forgive him.

I hate that Rou'er is going on dates with Lord Zhou, but I'm very glad that it led Lord Han to find a way to make things difficult for him. I loved seeing him being reprimanded (does it feel good to be bullied because of your inferior position?).I understand that Rou'er felt bad, but it's really foolish of her. She was forced to go with him, he's always threatening her, so why feel pity when things backfire? But I'm glad she finally stood up to his nonsense; it's a shame it took making a joke about Chu Mu's death. I hope she doesn't forgive him just because of his little help... Disgusting man, I truly hope his end is terrible. My heart broke for Chu Mu, but I did no suffer too much because, being a ML, I knew he had plot armor. Still I couldn't help but cry when his father cried about his death, and his poor mother... his sister, and Rou'er! I hope his father's health will improve.Something I said before and will repeat: Yang Zi Fang has a positive quality, which is the ability to understand and accept that the woman he loves loves someone else, and he will protect that person for her sake.Regarding the minor events in this episode, I understand that the crown princess might be jealous of her husband, but perhaps dressing as a man and performing the skit that Chen Ji always performs would suffice. And I feel really bad for her and for Rou'er's misunderstanding. Also I find Xin Nan so funny, and Chu Ling lol, the scenes between them are so amusing.

I find it cute that Chu Mu's brothers are so much like him, now Sheng Chu Ling is a palace guard, all to get closer to Xin Nan.Shu Mu is much more mature now, winning battles and being an example to others. I hope he will return and denounce Lu Yun Ji.The crown prince is surprisingly gnetle to crown princess. At first, I had the instinct to dislike him and like Lord Zhou, but now it's the opposite: I find myself rooting for him. But as for the crown princess, I fear (and hope) she will become increasingly cunning.Lastly, and it's always important to reiterate, Lord Zhou is a harasser.

I'm fed up with Lord Zhou's nonsense, that's why he isn't crown prince even though the emperor loves him the most. I feel that this is a way the drama finds to show us that Rou'er's ideas are correct. First it was shown in her friendly demeanor and way of solving conflicts, making her be friends with many people that once disliked her. Then, it comes to people who abuse their power, this came in the form of Chu Mu, Yang Zi Fang, Princess Han, at some level Consort Yan, and now Lord Zhou; it seems that she is always in this lower position, being constantly mistreated by those with power. When we see the crown prince, he also uses his power to use Chen Ji, but he still remains more respectful towards him (perhaps because his attraction towards him is still unknown to himself, unlike Lord Zhou attraction to Rou'er).Chu Mu is, thankfully, alive and somewhat well in Lu's army, he's going to a battle which I think will be a turning point to his fame.I am so glad he meet Fu Tao (and he's also well!), but I felt extremely bad for him when he found out about his mother (but I think the drama should have put more attention to his suffering at that point, as it could have been more touching).I adore the Crown Princess, even if she is still innocent as for the palace's ways, and I think Lord Zhou plotted against her (and also against the Crown Prince) by writing about fugality when he knew about her plans to show off to him.I also am happy that Fu Rou and Lingling are becoming friends! I also like her a lot, even though she is a Lu.Finally, I am interested in the relationship between Princess Xin Nan and Sheng Chu Ling.

I stayed up until dawn watching this drama lol.So, Rou'er is having an okay time in the palace (much better than I expected, to be honest). Chu Mo won his fight but Lu Yun Ji won the war, and now this boy is going to battle. I really hope this time apart doesn't become a love triangle situation.I like princess Xin Nan a lot, and I felt really bad for her in this episode. As for the crown prince, his BL with Chen Ji is so cute, and I am kind of looking forward to their development.Besides, at the beginning I was really liking Lord Zhou, but he's giving me Yang Zi Fang vibes, I-will-use-my-power-to-abuse-you vibes. So I hope Rou'er can avoid this creep.

I liked how Rou'er tried to appease her opponents first instead of killing them, that makes sense for her character. And I really hope Chu Mu can win this fight.I have high expectations for Lady Li and the intrigue between the crown prince and Lord Zhou. Also, I really like princess Xin Nan.I don't have much to say about this episode, but it was good!
